Inzwischen d\u00fcrfte der eine oder andere Grill-Fan den Sommer schon fast schmerzlich <strong>vermissen.<\/strong> Allerdings ist Besserung in Sicht. Zumindest f\u00fcr jenen Teil der Grill-Szene, welcher erst bei <strong>Minusgraden,<\/strong> und wenn es drau\u00dfen wei\u00df wird, <strong>aufbl\u00fcht.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--wpads#content--><!--wpads#content1--><!--wpads#content2--><\/p>\n<p>Denn nach den regnerischen letzten Tagen melden Meteorologen f\u00fcr das Wochenende einen Temperaturabfall und Schnee. Es wird frostig und wei\u00df. Genau das richtige Wetter, um endlich den <strong>2<\/strong>. <strong>Teil<\/strong> der <strong>Grillsaison<\/strong> einzuleiten. Lassen sich eingefleischte Grill-Fans von ein paar <strong>Schneeflocken<\/strong> doch <strong>nicht<\/strong> die Grillzange aus der Hand nehmen.<\/p>\n<h2>M\u00fctze, Handschuhe, Schal und Grillzange<\/h2>\n<p>Alles, was es zum Winter-Angrillen braucht, ist <strong>warme Kleidung, hei\u00dfe Getr\u00e4nke<\/strong> \u2013 und nat\u00fcrlich das passende <strong>Grillgut.<\/strong> Idealerweise frisch vom Metzger, lassen sich Steaks zuhause schnell marinieren und k\u00f6nnen sogar abgedeckt auf dem Balkon die Marinade in Ruhe aufnehmen.<\/p>\n<p>Tipp: Es muss nicht immer eine Biermarinade sein, auch <strong>Wein<\/strong> eignet sich dazu hervorragend.<\/p>\n<p>Und wer nicht nur auf M\u00fctze, Handschuhe, Schal und die typischen Hei\u00dfgetr\u00e4nke vertraut, kann mit einer <strong>mobilen Feuerstelle<\/strong> f\u00fcr eine zus\u00e4tzliche <strong>W\u00e4rmequelle<\/strong> sorgen. Entsprechendes Equipment finden Grill-Fans nicht nur bei Weber, sondern auch Joe\u00b4s Barbecue.<\/p>\n<h2>R\u00e4ucherchips f\u00fcr noch mehr Aroma<\/h2>\n<p>F\u00fcr alle, die das kommende Wochenende f\u00fcr\u00b4s Wintergrillen nutzen, hier noch ein Tipp: Bei Minusgraden eignet sich nur <strong>Propangas<\/strong> f\u00fcr den Gasgrill. Butan versagt aufgrund der physikalischen Eigenschaften knapp unter dem Gefrierpunkt den Dienst. Und wir haben noch einen kleinen Tipp f\u00fcr alle, die trotz Gasgrill nicht auf\u00b4s rauchige Aroma verzichten wollen.<\/p>\n<p>Mit <strong>Woodchips<\/strong> l\u00e4sst sich ein wunderbares Aroma auf den Teller zaubern \u2013 auch im Winter.
