Dabei kommt es nicht zwingend auf die Extravaganz der Zutaten an, um kleine und gro\u00dfe Geschmackserlebnisse auf den Teller zu zaubern. Kreationen mit Obst und Gem\u00fcse der Saison sind mindestens genauso lecker. Und der Monat November hat in diesem Zusammenhang einiges zu bieten.<\/p>\n<p><!--wpads#content--><!--wpads#content1--><!--wpads#content2--><\/p>\n<h3>Der Herbst ist Kohlzeit<\/h3>\n<p>Kohl steht im Herbst ganz oben auf der Liste, wenn es um saisonale Gem\u00fcse f\u00fcr Grill oder K\u00fcche geht. Chinakohl, Gr\u00fcnkohl, Wei\u00dfkohl oder Rosenkohl \u2013 Kohlsorten, aus denen sich leckere Gerichte zaubern lassen. Dabei muss Kohl keineswegs nur die Rolle der Beilage \u00fcbernehmen.
