Aus unserer Sicht darf zwar auch in der kalten Jahreszeit zur Grillzange gegriffen werden. F\u00fcr alle, die im <strong>Winter auf\u00b4s Grillen verzichten, hier ein paar Tipps<\/strong>, damit im Fr\u00fchjahr die ersten Sonnenstrahlen wieder genutzt werden k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p><!--wpads#content--><!--wpads#content1--><!--wpads#content2--><\/p>\n<h2>Grill gr\u00fcndlich reinigen<\/h2>\n<p>Vor dem \u201eEinwintern\u201c muss der Grill <strong>gr\u00fcndlich gereinigt<\/strong> werden. Die wichtigsten Werkzeuge hierf\u00fcr sind <strong>Grillb\u00fcrste, Schwamm, Wasser, Sp\u00fclmittel und Grillreiniger.<\/strong> Um Grillreste (festgebackene Fleischreste und Marinaden) zu entfernen, empfiehlt sich das<strong> Ausbrennen.<\/strong> Im Anschluss kann die Asche einfach mit der Grillb\u00fcrste entfernt werden.<\/p>\n<p>Vor der Reinigung des Innenraums beim Gasgrill die <strong>Gaszufuhr kappen und Teile, wie das Grillrost oder die Fettauffangschale, entfernen.<\/strong> Warum ist das Reinigen von Grill- und Aschereste aber \u00fcberhaupt so wichtig? Asche zieht Feuchtigkeit an, was die Korrosion beg\u00fcnstigt und im Fr\u00fchjahr zu unangenehmen \u00dcberraschungen f\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr den Innenraum sollte die Reinigung m\u00f6glichst schonend erfolgen. Neben Wasser mit Sp\u00fclmittel sind <strong>Grillreiniger<\/strong> an dieser Stelle zu empfehlen. Keinesfalls sollte man grobe Drahtb\u00fcrsten verwenden oder Verschmutzungen einfach mit roher Gewalt abkratzen. Gerade bei<strong> emaillierten Garkammern<\/strong> besteht die Gefahr einer Besch\u00e4digung der Beschichtung. Das darunterliegende Metall kann dann rosten.<\/p>\n<h2>Frischzellen-Kur f\u00fcr den Grillrost<\/h2>\n<p>Leider wird der Grillrost immer wieder gern vernachl\u00e4ssigt. Dabei sollte gerade dieser Bestandteil ihres Grills vor dem Winter ebenfalls<strong> gr\u00fcndlich gereinigt<\/strong> werden. Nach dem Ausbrennen lassen sich hartn\u00e4ckige R\u00fcckst\u00e4nde nicht nur durch den Einsatz von Grillreinigern entfernen. <strong>Feuchtes Zeitungspapier, Kaffeesatz oder zerkn\u00fcllte Alufolie<\/strong> \u2013 es gibt viele Tricks, wie der Grillrost in altem Glanz erstrahlt.<\/p>\n<p>Es gilt aber auch hier, die <strong>Beschichtung nicht zu besch\u00e4digen.<\/strong> Besonders Gusseisen reagiert auf Feuchtigkeit empfindlich. Ohne Beschichtung besteht letztlich Gefahr durch Rost. <strong>Eine trockene Lagerung ist daher Pflicht.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Der beste Platz f\u00fcr jeden Grill<\/h2>\n<p>Die Reinigung ist eine Sache. Viel <strong>wichtiger<\/strong> ist dessen <strong>Unterbringung.<\/strong> Garage, trockene Kellerr\u00e4ume oder das Gartenhaus w\u00e4ren ideal. Damit der Grill sicher durch den Winter kommt, sind <strong>trockene und frostsichere Unterbringungsm\u00f6glichkeiten<\/strong> das Optimum. Fehlen diese, muss nach Alternativen gesucht werden.<\/p>\n<p>Wer den Grill nicht zerlegen und platzsparend im Karton lagern will, kann zu einer <strong>Abdeckplane<\/strong> greifen. Hier wird der Grill vor Regen und Schnee gesch\u00fctzt \u2013 und bleibt das ganze Jahr einsatzbereit.<\/p>\n<p>Tipp: Ein Gasgrill sollte immer getrennt von der Gasflasche aufbewahrt werden.
