Dazu geh\u00f6rt auch, dass Bier einen Stammplatz rund um den Grillrost genie\u00dft. Wein ist dagegen eher dann eine Hausnummer, wenn es um die Marinade geht. Allerdings l\u00e4sst sich Wein auch trinken \u2013 und passt hervorragend zu Grillgerichten. Was viele Liebhaber einer gepflegten Grillkultur abschreckt, ist die Tatsache, dass Wein sich in Bezug auf die Kombination mit einzelnen Gerichten etwas divenhafter verh\u00e4lt als Bier.<\/p>\n<h2>Wein und Grillgericht sollten harmonieren<\/h2>\n<p>Eine wesentliche Grundregel aus Gro\u00dfmutters Zeiten besagt, dass Rotwein zu dunklen Fleischsorten geh\u00f6rt, Wei\u00dfwein eher zu Fisch und Gefl\u00fcgel passt. In der Grundidee nicht ganz falsch, hat diese Faustregel allerdings Schw\u00e4chen. Denn ein kr\u00e4ftiger, s\u00fc\u00dfer Wei\u00dfwein kann die zarten Aromen von Gem\u00fcse und Co unterdr\u00fccken, der Geschmack leidet.<\/p>\n<p><!--wpads#content--><!--wpads#content1--><!--wpads#content2--><\/p>\n<p>Deshalb sollten leichte Speisen auch mit einem leichten Wein kombiniert werden. Trockene Wei\u00dfweine mit einem Alkoholgehalt zwischen 10 \u2013 12 Vol.-% w\u00e4ren hier eine angemessene Wahl. In diese Kategorien fallen unter anderem Rieslinge, Chardonnay, Chablis. Und wer es frisch und spritzig mag, kann hier auch zu einem Vinho Verde aus Portugal greifen.<\/p>\n<p>Werden die Grillgerichte aromenreicher und schwerer, kann sich auch der Wein entsprechend entwickeln. Komplex ausgebaute Wei\u00dfweine oder nuancierte Rotweine geben hier den Ton an und k\u00f6nnen f\u00fcr eine gewisse Harmonie im Glas sorgen. Tipp: Trockene und halbtrockene Weine sind zum Grillen eher geeignet als liebliche Sorten, da diese den Geschmack der Gerichte schneller \u00fcberdecken.<\/p>\n<h3>S\u00fc\u00dfes zu Dessert und Co.<\/h3>\n<p>Und wann kommt der liebliche Wein ins Glas? Aus Sicht vieler Genie\u00dfer geh\u00f6rt der liebliche Wein zu s\u00fc\u00dfen Speisen, also dem Dessert und ist damit das Topping f\u00fcr den Grillabend.
