Ist es vielleicht der Geschmack, an den man schon beim Grillen denkt oder die soziale Komponente? Oder ist es vielleicht auch einfach die Tatsache, mal wieder urspr\u00fcnglich Speisen zuzubereiten, quasi zur\u00fcck zu den Wurzeln? Wahrscheinlich eine <strong>Mischung aus allem<\/strong>. Leider hat der Umgang mit Gas und Holzkohle auch Schattenseiten, wie die Deutsche Gesellschaft f\u00fcr Verbrennungsmedizin e. V. Jahr f\u00fcr Jahr feststellen muss.<\/p>\n<p><!--wpads#content--><!--wpads#content1--><!--wpads#content2--><\/p>\n<p>Der DGV zufolge erleiden<strong> pro Jahr 4.000 Grill-Fans einen Unfall beim Grillen.<\/strong> Und jeder 8. Grill-Unfall f\u00fchrt sogar zu <strong>schweren Verletzungen<\/strong>. Die Folge: Wir als einer von Deutschlands gr\u00f6\u00dften Grillfachh\u00e4ndlern k\u00f6nnen nicht oft genug auf die Tatsache hinweisen, dass beim Grillen <strong>Sicherheit zum A und O geh\u00f6rt.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Sicher grillen beginnt im Kopf<\/h2>\n<p>Viele Grillunf\u00e4lle gehen leider nach wie vor auf das Konto eines unsachgem\u00e4\u00dfen Umgangs mit Grill und <strong>Anz\u00fcndhilfe.<\/strong> Fl\u00fcssige Anz\u00fcnder sind als \u201eBrandbeschleuniger\u201c genauso <strong>tabu<\/strong> wie unbeaufsichtigte Kinder. Speziell Holzkohle gl\u00fcht im Anz\u00fcndkamin perfekt vor. Dar\u00fcber hinaus kann eine falsche <strong>\u201eArbeitskleidung\u201c<\/strong> schnell zum Desaster werden.<\/p>\n<p>Und auch <strong>Alkohol<\/strong> ist regelm\u00e4\u00dfig eine <strong>Unfallquelle,<\/strong> weshalb zumindest der \u201eGrillmeister\u201c diesbez\u00fcglich etwas k\u00fcrzer treten sollte. Hinzu kommt nat\u00fcrlich auch, dass der Grill nicht zweckentfremdet wird, etwa als Heizung in der Gartenlaube.<\/p>\n<p>Und wenn doch etwas passiert? Ausschlie\u00dfen lassen sich Grill-Unf\u00e4lle nicht ganz. Eine Tatsache, die man im Auge behalten sollte. Gerade Personensch\u00e4den k\u00f6nnen teuer werden.
