Wir stellen Euch deshalb heute einmal zwei Desserts f\u00fcr den Gasgrill vor: <strong>gef\u00fcllte Bananen<\/strong> und <strong>Marshmallow-Aprikosen-Spie\u00dfe<\/strong>. Beide Desserts sind nicht nur lecker und der perfekte Abschluss f\u00fcr jedes Grillen, sondern sorgen auch f\u00fcr den WOW-Effekt<\/p>\n<h2>Gef\u00fcllte Bananen<\/h2>\n<p>Bananen vom Grill sind inzwischen vielen Grill-Fans bekannt und werden immer h\u00e4ufiger serviert. Allerdings kann man <strong>einfachen Grillbananen<\/strong> auch noch das gewisse Etwas verpassen, in dem man sie mit einer <strong>F\u00fcllung<\/strong> versieht. Dabei sind der Fantasie keine Grenzen gesetzt.<\/p>\n<p><!--wpads#content--><!--wpads#content1--><!--wpads#content2--><\/p>\n<p>Pro Person sollten maximal 2 Bananen gerechnet werden. Die Bananen an einer Seite \u00f6ffnen, jedoch die Schale nicht abreisen. Anschlie\u00dfend die Bananen mit einem Messer einschneiden und in den Schnitt die F\u00fcllung geben. Anschlie\u00dfend die Schale wieder zuklappen, die Bananen auf den Grill legen und warten, bis diese weich geworden sind.<\/p>\n<p>Als F\u00fcllung k\u00f6nnen <strong>Schokoladenst\u00fccke<\/strong> verwendet werden, ebenso wie Nuss-Nugat-Aufstrich, Honig, Marmelade, etc. F\u00fcr experimentierfreudige Grill-Fans bieten sich auch deftige F\u00fcllungen an.<\/p>\n<h2>Marshmallow-Aprikosen-Spie\u00dfe<\/h2>\n<p>Daf\u00fcr die Grillspie\u00dfe (Holz) in Wasser einlegen, bis diese sich vollgesogen haben und auf dem Grill nicht verbrennen. W\u00e4hrend die Spie\u00dfe einweichen, die Aprikosen halbieren und entkernen. Anschlie\u00dfend zwischen zwei Aprikosenh\u00e4lften je einen Marshmallow auf die Spie\u00dfe stecken und auf den Grill geben.<\/p>\n<p>Bei hoher Temperatur die Spie\u00dfe f\u00fcr 2 \u2013 3 Minuten auf den Grill legen und nach kurzer Zeit immer wieder drehen \u2013 sonst k\u00f6nnen sich die Marshmallows l\u00f6sen und in den Grill fallen.
