Die Kohlen durchgl\u00fchen lassen oder die Gasflamme aufdrehen und schon kann es losgehen. Doch aufgepasst, auch beim direkten Grillen \u00fcber der Hitzequelle k\u00f6nnen Fehler gemacht werden. Um ein optimales Ergebnis erreichen zu k\u00f6nnen, sollten daher auch bei der direkten Methode einige Tipps und Tricks beachtet werden.<\/p>\n<h2>Perfekt Grillen \u00fcber Glut und Flamme<\/h2>\n<p>Der Hauptunterschied zum indirekten Grillen besteht darin, dass beim direkten Grillen das Grillgut in \u201eKontakt\u201c mit der Hitzequelle kommt, sich also direkt \u00fcber den gl\u00fchenden Kohlen oder dem Brenner befindet. W\u00e4hrend beim indirekten Grillen die Hitzequelle nicht direkt unter dem Grillgut platziert wird, um das Grillgut langsam zu garen, wird beim direkten Grillen eher bei hohen Temperaturen gebraten.<\/p>\n<p><!--wpads#content--><!--wpads#content1--><!--wpads#content2--><\/p>\n<p>Aber auch beim direkten Grillen gibt es unterschiedliche Methoden \u2013 wie das Grillen mit offener oder geschlossener Grillhaube. Des Weiteren gilt: Das Grillgut nur einmal wenden. Daher sollte die Temperatur nicht zu hoch, bzw. die Entfernung zur Hitzequelle nicht zu gering sein. Sonst w\u00fcrde das Grillgut beim Wenden schnell au\u00dfen verkohlen und innen roh bleiben.<\/p>\n<h3>Wann wird direkt gegrillt?<\/h3>\n<p>Wer erfolgreich grillen will, der muss sich zwischen den beiden Methoden entscheiden. Dabei spielt aber nicht Lust und Laune die entscheidende Rolle, sondern die Art des Grillgutes.
