W\u00e4hrend lange die Holzkohle den Ton angegeben hat, sind inzwischen unz\u00e4hlige Alternativen im Handel erh\u00e4ltlich. Und auch wir von SANTOS f\u00fchren Brennmaterial unterschiedlicher Couleur. Im ersten Teil unserer Miniserie ging es um Holzkohle, Briketts und Kokosfasern. Lasst Euch \u00fcberraschen, was wir in Teil II f\u00fcr Euch bereithalten.<\/p>\n<h3>Grilltyp Nr. 4: Der Gasgrill-Fan<\/h3>\n<p>Gas hat in den letzten Jahren stetig an Zulauf gewonnen. Gr\u00fcnde gibt es daf\u00fcr viele. Einerseits ist es wesentlich vertr\u00e4glicher f\u00fcr das Verh\u00e4ltnis \u00fcberm Gartenzaun. Und auf der anderen Seite f\u00e4llt beim Gasgrill das l\u00e4stige Anfeuern weg. Wer sich f\u00fcr Gas als Brennmaterial entscheidet, muss aber genau wissen, mit was er grillt. Derzeit werden Butan und Propangas unterschieden, die zwar auf den ersten Blick sich beide \u00e4hneln. Denn Butan ist nur bis kurz unter dem Gefrierpunkt einsatzf\u00e4hig, da es sich hier zu verfl\u00fcssigen beginnt.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Unser Tipp:<\/strong> Wer im Winter grillen will, sollte immer auf Propangas als \u201eAntrieb\u201c f\u00fcr den Gasgrill zur\u00fcckgreifen.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><!--wpads#content--><!--wpads#content1--><!--wpads#content2--><\/p>\n<h3>Grilltyp Nr. 5: Rustikal mit Holz<\/h3>\n<p>Kommen wir zum letzten Brennmaterial auf unserer Liste \u2013 Holz. In der Theorie lie\u00dfen sich auch heute noch Holzscheite f\u00fcr das Backen, Grillen oder Garen auf dem Grill verwenden. Allerdings ist die Technik inzwischen schon einen Schritt weiter, denn selbst beim Smoken ist das Brennmaterial heute handlicher \u2013 in Form von Holzpellets.<\/p>\n<p>Marken wie Bob Grillson oder Memphis greifen diesen Trend auf und setzen ihn technisch und optisch aus unserer Sicht hervorragend um.
