Und hat sich in einigen Regionen der Bundesrepublik bereits mit <strong>Nachtfr\u00f6sten<\/strong> angek\u00fcndigt.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr viele Grill-Fans ist es daher an der Zeit, langsam an den Winter zu denken und den <strong>Grill<\/strong> sprichw\u00f6rtlich <strong>\u201eeinzumotten\u201c.<\/strong> Leider ist damit in vielen F\u00e4llen einfach gemeint, den Grill in <strong>Laube<\/strong> oder <strong>Keller<\/strong> zu verstauen, ohne sich die Zeit f\u00fcr die entsprechende Grillpflege zu nehmen.<\/p>\n<p>Dabei haben unsere Experten die Erfahrung gemacht, dass selbst mit ein paar <strong>Handgriffen<\/strong> der Grill nicht nur sauber und gepflegt \u00fcber den Winter kommt, sondern auch mit einer l\u00e4ngeren Lebensdauer \u00fcberzeugt. Und was gibt es Sch\u00f6neres, als in der kommenden Saison ohne b\u00f6se \u00dcberraschungen einfach losgrillen zu k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<h2>Holz- und Gasgrill \u2013 sauber durch den Winter<\/h2>\n<p>Ob Gas- oder Holzkohlegrill spielt beim Thema Sauberkeit keine Rolle. F\u00fcr das \u00dcberwintern sollte der Grill vor allem im Bereich der <strong>Garkammer<\/strong> gr\u00fcndlich <strong>gereinigt<\/strong> werden. Dazu einfach mit <strong>hei\u00dfem Wasser, Sp\u00fclmittel und einem Lappen oder Schwamm arbeiten.<\/strong> Unser Tipp: Hartn\u00e4ckigen Verkrustungen sollte man als Grillbesitzer auf allen <strong>emaillierten<\/strong> Fl\u00e4chen vorsichtig zu Leibe r\u00fccken. <strong>Kratzer<\/strong> sind Besch\u00e4digungen der Schutzschicht, legen das darunterliegende Material offen und beg\u00fcnstigen <strong>Korrosion.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--wpads#content--><!--wpads#content1--><!--wpads#content2--><\/p>\n<p>Beim Reinigen raten unsere Grillexperten zu einem kurzen Blick in die Anleitung. Viele Teile, die beim Hantieren hinderlich sind, lassen sich abmontieren und erleichtern die Arbeit. Dabei k\u00f6nnt Ihr das Innere Ihres Grills auf eventuelle Besch\u00e4digungen untersuchen.<\/p>\n<h2>Kurzer Check vorm Winter<\/h2>\n<p>Nat\u00fcrlich ist das Reinigen ein wesentlicher Bestandteil der Grillpflege f\u00fcr den kommenden Winter, aber nicht alles. Nutzt die Gelegenheit noch einmal f\u00fcr einen <strong>grundlegenden Check<\/strong> aller <strong>Funktionen.<\/strong> Besonders, wenn der Grill die letzten Wochen nicht in Benutzung war, ist eine Funktionspr\u00fcfung gerade beim <strong>Gasgrill<\/strong> zu <strong>empfehlen.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Anschlie\u00dfend k\u00f6nnt Ihr den Grill in die Winterpause schicken. Wichtig: Immer wieder werden wir gefragt, was die <strong>Lagerung<\/strong> von <strong>Gasgrill<\/strong> und <strong>Gasflasche<\/strong> betrifft. Generell sollte die Letztere <strong>nicht<\/strong> in <strong>geschlossenen R\u00e4umen<\/strong> aufbewahrt werden (Explosionsgefahr). Eine defekte Gasflasche kann sonst schnell zum <strong>Risikofaktor<\/strong> werden.<\/p>\n<h2>Gusseisen und Edelstahl<\/h2>\n<p>Gerade der <strong>Grillrost<\/strong> und die <strong>Fettauffangschale<\/strong> sowie die Flammenabweiser kommen mit Bratsaft, Fett und Grillresten in Ber\u00fchrung. Das Reinigen w\u00e4hrend der Grillsaison ist f\u00fcr viele Grill-Fans selbstverst\u00e4ndlich, sollte es aber auch nach dem Abgrillen sein. Ein Grund: Verbleiben die <strong>Grillr\u00fcckst\u00e4nde<\/strong> auf dem Material, k\u00f6nnen sie langfristig dessen <strong>Korrosion beg\u00fcnstigen.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Aus diesem Grund sind unsere Grillexperten der Meinung, dass eine gr\u00fcndliche Reinigung von Grill und Zubeh\u00f6r zum Abschluss jeder Saison geh\u00f6ren. Hartn\u00e4ckige R\u00fcckst\u00e4nde lassen sich mit dem einen oder anderen Trick schnell l\u00f6sen.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Gusseisen:<\/strong> Aufgrund seiner Besonderheiten ist Gusseisen \u2013 zumindest was die Reinigung betrifft \u2013 gewisserma\u00dfen <strong>pr\u00e4tenti\u00f6s.<\/strong> Es sollte nach dem Einbrennen <strong>nicht<\/strong> mehr mit <strong>Sp\u00fclmitteln<\/strong> gereinigt werden. Gleichzeitig empfiehlt sich dessen Aufbewahrung \u00fcber die Herbst-\/Wintermonate an einem trockenen Ort.
