Die einen m\u00f6gen es vegetarisch, die anderen eher mit Fisch und Meeresfr\u00fcchten. Aber neben diesen und der \u201enormalen\u201c deutschen Variante kommt immer mehr das <strong>amerikanische BBQ<\/strong> in die deutschen G\u00e4rten. Im Gegensatz zu den normalen deutschen Grillabenden unterscheidet sich das BBQ deutlich davon.<\/p>\n<h2>Gesellschaftlich und extra lecker<\/h2>\n<p>Bei einem typisch amerikanischen BBQ kommt meist die <strong>ganze Familie<\/strong> und die <strong>Nachbarschaft<\/strong> zusammen. Im Gegensatz zu einem normalen Grillen in deutschen G\u00e4rten, hat man als Ausrichter solcher Feste schnell<strong> 20 \u2013 30 G\u00e4ste<\/strong> beisammen. Dabei l\u00e4uft der gesamte Abend mit \u00e4u\u00dferster Gem\u00fctlichkeit und trotz der gro\u00dfen Menschenmenge \u00e4u\u00dferst <strong>famili\u00e4r<\/strong> ab. Im Normalfall wird das <strong>Grillgut vom Gastgeber gestellt.<\/strong> Die <strong>Beilagen,<\/strong> wie Salate oder Brot, bringen h\u00e4ufig die <strong>G\u00e4ste<\/strong> mit.<\/p>\n<p><!--wpads#content--><!--wpads#content1--><!--wpads#content2--><\/p>\n<p>Aber es w\u00e4re nicht typisch amerikanisch, wenn das <strong>Essen<\/strong> sich nicht <strong>landestypisch<\/strong> gestalten w\u00fcrde. In Sachen Fleisch kommen sehr oft <strong>Hamburger<\/strong> oder <strong>Spare-Rips<\/strong> auf den Grill. Beides wird normalerweise mit der typisch amerikanischen<strong> BBQ-So\u00dfe<\/strong> serviert. Diese passt besonders zu den amerikanischen Fleischgerichten, welche fast ausschlie\u00dflich mit einem <strong>Smoker-Grill<\/strong> zubereitet werden. Dadurch erh\u00e4lt das Fleisch eine besonders gute Konsistenz, da es hier sehr langsam gegart wird. Als <strong>Beilagen<\/strong> findet man oft<strong> Nudel- oder Kartoffelsalat<\/strong>, aber auch <strong>Maiskolben<\/strong> und im Zuge des Gesundheitstrends auch hin und wieder ein gr\u00fcner Salat.<\/p>\n<h2>BBQ auch immer \u00f6fter in Deutschland<\/h2>\n<p>Der <strong>Trend<\/strong> zu solch gro\u00dfen BBQ&#8217;s setzt sich auch in <strong>Deutschland<\/strong> fort. Immer \u00f6fter kommen auch deutsche Familien zusammen und laden dabei Freunde und Verwandte ein. Nat\u00fcrlich unterschieden sich aber hierzulande dir Speisen.
