Es ist au\u00dferdem das teuerste Rindfleisch, welches auf dem Markt erh\u00e4ltlich ist. Wagy\u016b hei\u00dft \u00fcbersetzt \u201ejapanisches Rind\u201c. Die genaue \u00dcbersetzung ist Wa = Japaner und Gyu = Vieh. Ein Export des begehrten Fleisches ist allerdings verboten, wesshalb nur Rinder aus den USA in Deutschland erh\u00e4ltlich sind.<\/p>\n<h2>Wagy\u016b-Fleisch ist selten<\/h2>\n<p>Bekannt ist diese Rinderart auch unter dem Begriff \u201eKobe\u201c. Jedoch darf nur jenes Rind den Namen Kobe tragen, welches auch in der japanischen Region Kobe geboren, aufgezogen und gem\u00e4stet wurde. Von in Japan insgesamt rund 774.000 geschlachteten Wagy\u016b-Rindern durften 2009 nur 3.066 als Kobe-Fleisch deklariert werden.<\/p>\n<p><!--wpads#content--><!--wpads#content1--><!--wpads#content2--><\/p>\n<p>Der Export von Wagy\u016b-Fleisch, ganzen Rindern oder nur Samen ist in Japan strengstens verboten. Somit m\u00f6chte sich Japan die Exklusivit\u00e4t des beliebtesten Rindfleisches der Welt behalten. Jedoch kommen auch Europ\u00e4er in den Genus dieser Spezialit\u00e4t. Durch einige exportierte Wagy\u016b-Rinder aus den 90er Jahren, welche eigentlich zu wissenschaftlichen Zwecken ausgef\u00fchrt wurden, entstand ein geringer Bestand in Amerika. Somit konnten sich besonders die USA, Kanada und Australien ein Wagy\u016b-Bestand etablieren. Durch den Handel kommt so also auch Wagy\u016b-Rindfleisch nach Deutschland. Hierzulande muss man allerdings mit einem stolzen Preis f\u00fcr das Fleisch rechnen: Der Kilopreis f\u00fcr das Wagy\u016b-Filet liegt im Schnitt bei circa 229 Euro.<\/p>\n<h3>Fleischkenner wissen das Fleisch zu sch\u00e4tzen<\/h3>\n<p>Das Fleisch der meist schwarzen Rinder ist speziell und gerade deswegen bei Kennern so beliebt. Optisch f\u00e4llt die besondere Marmorierung des Fettes auf. Es ist nicht punktuell, sondern gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig und strukturiert verteilt.
