Die <strong>Tage<\/strong> werden <strong>k\u00fcrzer<\/strong> und die <strong>N\u00e4chte k\u00e4lter.<\/strong> Der Herbst h\u00e4lt langsam Einzug in die deutschen G\u00e4rten. Der Grill-Fan hofft auf noch ein paar sch\u00f6ne Tage um ein letztes Mal seine k\u00f6stlichen Grillgerichte servieren zu k\u00f6nnen. Danach? Wird der Grill eingepackt? Weit gefehlt. Auch in der <strong>kalten Jahreszeit<\/strong> ist es gut m\u00f6glich dem Genuss des Grillens, nachzukommen. Aber wie schafft man es trotz K\u00e4lte und Schnee das <strong>BBQ<\/strong> zu einem Erfolg werden zu lassen?<\/p>\n<h2>So gelingt das BBQ im Winter<\/h2>\n<p>Was gibt es Sch\u00f6neres, als bei <strong>Minusgraden<\/strong> am w\u00e4rmenden <strong>Feuer<\/strong> zu stehen und dabei dem Vergn\u00fcgen des <strong>Grillens<\/strong> nach zu gehen. Um es auch wirklich genie\u00dfen zu k\u00f6nnen, sollten man einige kleinere <strong>Hinweise<\/strong> beachten. So darf <strong>kein Schnee<\/strong> auf das <strong>Brennmaterial<\/strong> gelangen. Dieses sollte, wie auch im Sommer, trocken sein, um ein optimales <strong>Anfeuern<\/strong> zu beg\u00fcnstigen und eine <strong>st\u00f6rende Rauchentwicklung<\/strong> zu vermeiden. Brennt das Feuer einmal und es ist eine gute Grillglut entstanden, kann auch ein leichter Schneeschauer dem Grillvergn\u00fcgen nichts anhaben.<\/p>\n<p><!--wpads#content--><!--wpads#content1--><!--wpads#content2--><\/p>\n<p>Habt Ihr nun eine sch\u00f6ne Glut, kann das Grillgut kommen. Hier ist jedoch auch auf die <strong>witterungsbedingten Besonderheiten<\/strong> zu achten: Lasst das Fleisch\/Gem\u00fcse nicht zu lange an der frischen Luft, da es sonst schnell <strong>gefrieren<\/strong> kann. Ein optimales Grillen ist dann nur schwer m\u00f6glich. Sollte es, w\u00e4hrend des <strong>Grillens<\/strong> zu <strong>Niederschlag<\/strong> in Form von Schnee oder Regen kommen, w\u00e4re der Grill-Fan gut beraten, das <strong>Grillgut trocken<\/strong> zu halten, da sonst das Fleisch verw\u00e4ssert und die Marinade abgesp\u00fclt wird. Optimal w\u00e4re also ein Grillplatz unter einem Dach, ist aber nicht zwingend notwendig.<\/p>\n<h2>Grillen im Winter \u2013 das besondere Erlebnis<\/h2>\n<p>Wenn man also ein paar kleinere Dinge beachtet, dann ist Grillen auch im Winter m\u00f6glich und sorgt f\u00fcr ein nicht allt\u00e4gliches Erlebnis. Nat\u00fcrlich gelten neben den Wintergrill-Tipps auch die <strong>allgemeing\u00fcltigen Sicherheitshinweise,<\/strong> immer windgesch\u00fctzt grillen und den Grill nie unbeaufsichtigt lassen.
