Egal, ob auf <strong>Balkon, Veranda<\/strong> oder im <strong>Garten<\/strong> \u2013 jeder Grill-Fan hat dieses Jahr mit Sicherheit schon einmal zur <strong>Grillzange<\/strong> gegriffen. Wer als Hausbesitzer das Gl\u00fcck eines ausreichend gro\u00dfen Grundst\u00fccks hat, kann sich sogar professionell einrichten \u2013 mit einem <strong>Gasgrill.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In den letzten Jahren ist dieser Grilltyp zunehmend in <strong>Mode<\/strong> gekommen. Kein Wunder \u2013 schlie\u00dflich <strong>kombiniert<\/strong> der Gasgrill mehrere <strong>Vorteile<\/strong> miteinander. Es l\u00e4sst sich relativ rauchfrei grillen.<\/p>\n<p>Und gleichzeitig <strong>entfallen Anfeuern<\/strong> wie das Problem der Entsorgung heruntergebrannter Kohle oder Briketts. Allerdings sto\u00dfen Einsteiger beim Kauf des Gasgrills sicher auf die eine oder andere unerwartete H\u00fcrde.<\/p>\n<h2>Gasgrill \u2013 Gas ist nicht gleich Gas<\/h2>\n<p>Ein im Sommer unwesentliches Problem ist das <strong>Gas.<\/strong> Die meisten Grills sind auf den Betrieb mit <strong>Propan-<\/strong> oder <strong>Butangas<\/strong> ausgelegt. In der warmen Jahreszeit von Mai bis Ende August unterscheiden sich beide Varianten kaum. Wirklich offensichtlich wird der Unterschied aber bei niedrigen Temperaturen.<\/p>\n<p><!--wpads#content--><!--wpads#content1--><!--wpads#content2--><\/p>\n<p>Der Grund: <strong>Butangas verfl\u00fcssigt<\/strong> sich bereits knapp <strong>unter<\/strong> <strong>0 Grad<\/strong>. Winterliches Grillen wird unm\u00f6glich. Anders dagegen <strong>Propangas.<\/strong> Hier liegt der Siedepunkt bei unter <strong>\u2013 40 Grad<\/strong>. Geringe Unterschiede ergeben sich auch beim Brennwert. Allerdings ist die Differenz zwischen Propan und Butan minimal.<\/p>\n<h2>Achtung bei Importware<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Einsteiger,<\/strong> die sich einen waschechten BBQ- und Gasgrill aus den USA anschaffen, m\u00fcssen auf eine weitere <strong>Feinheit<\/strong> achten. Je nach Land\/Region wird mit unterschiedlichen Spezifikationen oder Anschl\u00fcssen gearbeitet. Hier hei\u00dft es, sich vor dem Kauf schlau zu machen.
