Wie w\u00e4re es mit einem feurigen Spektakel. <strong>Flambieren<\/strong> ist schlie\u00dflich nicht nur den gro\u00dfen K\u00fcchenchefs vorbehalten. Auf was es ankommt, ist der <strong>Alkohol.<\/strong> Hochprozentiges, das f\u00fcr\u00b4s Flambieren am Grill in Frage kommt, hat <strong>40 Vol%<\/strong> besser aber 50 Vol%. Empfohlen werden daher Whisky, Obstbr\u00e4nde, Cognac oder Rum.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Flambier-Tipp Nr. 2:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Das <strong>Aroma<\/strong> kommt aus der <strong>Spirituose.<\/strong> Je nachdem, ob Ihr es lieber s\u00fc\u00df, nussig oder rauchig m\u00f6gt, empfiehlt sich ein anderer Schnaps f\u00fcr das Flambieren am Grill. Am besten vor dem Flambieren kurz durch\u00b4s Sortiment probieren.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Flambier-Tipp Nr. 3:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Flambieren kann auch auf dem Grill <strong>gef\u00e4hrlich<\/strong> werden. <strong>Feuerfestes Geschirr<\/strong> \u2013 wie die Edelstahlpfanne \u2013 ist daher ein unbedingtes <strong>Muss.<\/strong> Beim Flambieren darauf achten, dass die Pfanne nicht zu hei\u00df ist.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Flambier-Tipp Nr. 4:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Nach der Zugabe des Alkohols die Pfanne kurz <strong>schwenken.<\/strong> Auf diese Weise verteilt sich der Alkohol, das Ergebnis ist am Ende noch beeindruckender.
