Besonders wertvoll sind <strong>Lein\u00f6l, Raps\u00f6l<\/strong> oder <strong>Walnuss\u00f6l.<\/strong>\u00a0Passend zu Salaten oder zu Folienkartoffeln mit Kr\u00e4uterquark bereichern diese Speise\u00f6le die Grillk\u00fcche auf besondere Weise. Walnuss\u00f6l hat einen hohen Anteil an mehrfach <strong>unges\u00e4ttigten Fetts\u00e4uren<\/strong> sowie <strong>Vitamin E und Pantothens\u00e4ure<\/strong>.
