Es wird gebrutzelt, was das Zeug h\u00e4lt. Schlie\u00dflich muss der Fleischkonsum ja irgendwoher kommen. Was auf dem Grillrost landete, war lange einheitlich \u2013 Rind, Schwein, maximal noch Gefl\u00fcgel &amp; Lamm.<\/p>\n<p>Fisch hatte es als Au\u00dfenseiter schon schwieriger, sich seinen Platz zu erk\u00e4mpfen. Mittlerweile geht es auf vielen Grills aber <strong>internationaler<\/strong> zu, der deutsche Grill-Fan hat in den vergangenen Jahren an <strong>Experimentierfreude<\/strong> und <strong>Entdeckerlust dazugewonnen.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Strau\u00dfenfilets,<\/strong> Krokodil- und <strong>Gnufleisch<\/strong> sind nur einige Beispiele, was auf einigen deutschen Grills inzwischen zu Hause ist. Und diese drei Beispiele sind noch l\u00e4ngst nicht das \u201eEnde der Fahnenstange\u201c. Blessbock, Kudu oder <strong>K\u00e4nguru<\/strong> \u2013 drei weitere Exoten in der deutschen Grill-Szene.<\/p>\n<h2>Grillfleisch aus Fernost &amp; Afrika<\/h2>\n<p>Auf den Geschmack gekommen? Dann bleibt ein Problem: Anders als Rind- oder Schweinefleisch liegen Strau\u00df, Gnu oder Blessbock <strong>nicht<\/strong> beim <strong>Fleischer<\/strong> um die Ecke in der Auslage \u2013 ganz zu schweigen von Kuriosit\u00e4ten wie Python. Hier sind <strong>Geduld<\/strong> und langer Atem gefragt, zumindest, wenn man auf Ladengesch\u00e4fte als Bezugsquelle setzt.<\/p>\n<p>Etwas leichter wird der Einkauf im <strong>Internet.<\/strong> Einige <strong>Spezialit\u00e4ten-Shops<\/strong> haben sich auf den Versand exotischer Fleischvarianten auf die Fahnen geschrieben. Und liefern tiefgefrorene Ware. In diesem Zusammenhang sind in puncto Fleischqualit\u00e4t Erfahrungswerte gefragt. Und das Ablegen von Vorurteilen.<\/p>\n<p>Auf der anderen Seite sollte jedem Grill-Fan gerade bei Fleischexoten daran gelegen sein, eine <strong>verl\u00e4ssliche Quelle<\/strong> zu finden, die auch Wert auf <strong>Tierschutz<\/strong> &amp; <strong>Arterhaltung<\/strong> legt. Das hei\u00dft: Fleisch von Blessbock, Python und Co. sollte aus <strong>Farmen<\/strong> stammen.
