Die Temperaturen waren nach frostigen N\u00e4chten zuvor ziemlich ertr\u00e4glich, sodass viele Trendsetter den <strong>Grill<\/strong> zum <strong>Jahreswechsel<\/strong> angeworfen haben werden.<\/p>\n<p>Mit Steaks, W\u00fcrstchen und einfachen Beilagen waren die G\u00e4ste gl\u00fccklich. Am n\u00e4chsten Morgen allerdings, vor allem aber nach einer langen Silvesternacht, haben viele mit einem <strong>dicken Sch\u00e4del<\/strong> und einem flauen Magen im Bett gelegen.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Gute Stimmung vom Gastgeber<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Ausl\u00f6ser f\u00fcr Migr\u00e4ne oder <strong>Kopfschmerzen<\/strong> sind <strong>Histamine, Tannine<\/strong> und andere Substanzen in alkoholischen Getr\u00e4nken, die den <strong>Serotonin-Stoffwechsel<\/strong> im K\u00f6rper ver\u00e4ndern. Damit es gar nicht erst soweit kommt, gibt es nur eine L\u00f6sung: <strong>weniger Alkohol<\/strong> trinken oder gar verzichten.<\/p>\n<p>Ansonsten ist es ratsam, bei einem Getr\u00e4nk zu bleiben. F\u00fcr die gute Stimmung sorgt letztendlich der Gastgeber.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Viel Wasser trinken<\/strong><strong> u<\/strong><strong>nd<\/strong><strong> gut essen<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Natriumreiches Mineralwasser<\/strong> verbessert zudem die <strong>Fl\u00fcssigkeitsbilanz<\/strong> im K\u00f6rper, denn Alkohol entzieht dem K\u00f6rper Wasser. Wichtig ist generell viel und gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig \u00fcber den Abend verteilt zu trinken, am besten Mineralwasser mit <strong>Kohlens\u00e4ure.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Salz-<\/strong> und <strong>mineralstoffreiche<\/strong> oder fetthaltige <strong>Nahrung<\/strong> vor der Grillparty d\u00e4mmen das Problem au\u00dferdem ein. Fett <strong>hemmt<\/strong> die <strong>Aufnahme<\/strong> von Alkohol ins Blut. Ein leerer Magen. Geheimtipp: In Honig enthaltene Fructose f\u00f6rdert den Alkoholabbau im K\u00f6rper.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Spaziergang und<\/strong><strong> Dusche<\/strong><strong>n<\/strong><strong> gegen Kater<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Sollte jemand auf der Grillfeier doch zu tief ins Glas geschaut haben, hilft ein <strong>Spaziergang<\/strong> an der frischen Luft, eine erfrischende Dusche oder salzreiches Essen, wie eine w\u00fcrzige Gem\u00fcsesuppe, Rollmops oder <strong>Gew\u00fcrzgurken.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Frisch gepresster <strong>Saft<\/strong> aus Fr\u00fcchten oder Tomatensaft mit Pfeffer und Salz liefern viele Mineralstoffe und Vitamine.
