Ein gem\u00fctlicher Grillabend mit viel gesundem Fisch, Gem\u00fcse und Obst tr\u00e4gt entscheidend dazu bei. Neben den Vitaminen sind auch andere Stoffe f\u00fcr den K\u00f6rper sehr wichtig.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fluor<\/strong> geh\u00f6rt zweifelsohne dazu. Im menschlichen K\u00f6rper sind etwa zwei bis f\u00fcnf Gramm Fluorid, der Gro\u00dfteil in <strong>Knochen<\/strong> und <strong>Z\u00e4hnen,<\/strong> aber auch Haut, Haare und Fu\u00df- bzw. Fingern\u00e4gel enthalten Fluorid.<\/p>\n<p>Obwohl es kein essenzielles Spurenelement ist, <strong>empfehlen Wissenschaftler<\/strong> \u2013 erh\u00f6hte Dosen nach \u00e4rztlicher Absprache \u2013 eine <strong>zus\u00e4tzliche Aufnahme<\/strong> von Fluor. Der Tagesbedarf liegt bei rund drei Milligramm bei Erwachsenen und 0,7 Milligramm bei Kindern.<\/p>\n<p>Frauen in der Schwangerschaft oder w\u00e4hrend der Stillzeit haben einen h\u00f6heren Bedarf an Fluor. Aufgrund der Zahnbildung und des K\u00f6rperwachstums haben S\u00e4uglinge und Kinder einen hohen Bedarf.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Fluor verbessert Verwertung von Calcium<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Das Spurenelement Fluor befindet sich aufgrund des geringen Fluoridgehaltes in heimischen B\u00f6den kaum in Obst oder Gem\u00fcse aus heimischem Anbau oder Fleisch bzw. Milch. Fluor ist sehr wichtig, weil es <strong>Z\u00e4hne<\/strong> vor Karies <strong>sch\u00fctzt,<\/strong> die S\u00e4urebildung durch Mundbakterien hemmt oder besch\u00e4digten Zahnschmelz.<\/p>\n<p>Au\u00dferdem beugt Fluor durch die verbesserte <strong>Calciumverwertung<\/strong> auch einer altersbedingten <strong>Osteoporose<\/strong> vor. L\u00e4ngerfristige \u00dcberdosierung von Fluor f\u00fchrt zur Verf\u00e4rbung der Z\u00e4hne, zu Erbrechen, Kr\u00e4mpfen und Schilddr\u00fcsenst\u00f6rungen.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Ein Grillen deckt den Bedarf an Fluor<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Fluor kann beim Grillen durch <strong>Meeresfisch<\/strong> oder <strong>K\u00e4se<\/strong> aufgenommen werden. Fluor ist aber auch in schwarzem Tee, Erdn\u00fcssen, Eiern, Spinat, Waln\u00fcssen Hirse und Butter vorhanden.
