In einigen Haushalten verschwindet die festliche Stimmung nicht so einfach \u2013 besonders dort, wo die Zeit zwischen den Jahren mit ein paar <strong>freien Tagen<\/strong> vers\u00fc\u00dft wird. Hier bleibt genug Zeit, sich mit den <strong>Weihnachtsgeschenken<\/strong> zu befassen.<\/p>\n<p>Geh\u00f6rt Ihr auch zu denen, die unterm Weihnachtsbaum einen<strong> Dutch Oven<\/strong> gefunden haben und nicht wissen, was Sie damit anfangen sollen? Dann sind unsere Tipps f\u00fcr die<strong> 1. Schritte<\/strong> mit dem <a href=\"https:\/\/www.santosgrills.de\/grillzubehoer\/dutch-oven-toepfe\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Dutch Oven<\/a> vielleicht genau das Richtige.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Dutch Oven \u2013 Kochen mit Tradition<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Der Dutch Oven ist in Deutschland zwar <strong>wenig bekannt,<\/strong> d\u00fcrfte aber zumindest jedem Western-Fan das Leuchten in die Augen treiben. Schlie\u00dflich geh\u00f6rte der Dutch Oven in den <strong>amerikanischen<\/strong> Kolonien zur <strong>Standardausr\u00fcstung.<\/strong> Inzwischen schw\u00f6ren aber auch einige Grill-Fans auf dessen Flexibilit\u00e4t und Vielseitigkeit. Wie aber mit dem Dutch Oven als Einsteiger umgehen?<\/p>\n<p><!--wpads#content--><!--wpads#content1--><!--wpads#content2--><\/p>\n<p>Zuerst muss die <strong>Schutzschicht<\/strong> des Herstellers <strong>abgewaschen<\/strong> werden. Danach kommt der Dutch Oven aber nicht etwa einfach in den Schrank. Denn f\u00fcr eine hohe Lebensdauer ist eine <strong>Sonderbehandlung<\/strong> wichtig. Schlie\u00dflich werden waschechte <a href=\"https:\/\/www.santosgrills.de\/grillzubehoer\/dutch-oven-toepfe\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Dutch Oven<\/a> aus Gusseisen hergestellt.<\/p>\n<p>Damit das <strong>Gusseisen<\/strong> nicht rostet und sich eine nat\u00fcrliche <strong>Antihaftbeschichtung<\/strong> bilden kann, muss der Dutch Oven eingebrannt werden. Dazu den Dutch Oven mit <strong>Sonnenblumen\u00f6l<\/strong> einreiben und bei ca. 200\u00b0C optimalerweise im Freien einbrennen. Unser Tipp: Nach dem Einbrennen sollte der Dutch Oven <strong>nicht<\/strong> mehr mit <strong>Sp\u00fclmittel<\/strong> gereinigt werden, da sich sonst die <strong>Schutzschicht<\/strong> des Dutch Oven wieder <strong>l\u00f6st.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ein weiterer Hinweis f\u00fcr alle, die bisher noch nie mit Gusseisen gekocht haben. Anders als Edelstahl d\u00fcrfen Pfannen und Kochgeschirr aus Gusseisen \u2013 also auch der Dutch Oven \u2013 <strong>keinen<\/strong> gro\u00dfen <strong>Temperaturschwankungen<\/strong> ausgesetzt werden.
