Der Springbock ist das <strong>Wappentier<\/strong> der Republik <strong>S\u00fcdafrika.<\/strong> Das etwa 30 Kilogramm schwere Herdentier reguliert seinen Bestand selbst. In trockenen Jahren bleiben oftmals Jungtiere aus, w\u00e4hrend in guten Jahren die Antilopen bis zu dreimal in zwei Jahren Junge bekommen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Springbockfleisch Aroma nach wilden Kr\u00e4utern<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Die Antilopenart hat ein rotbraunes Fell sowie einen wei\u00dfen Streifen auf dem Bauch. Im 19. Jahrhundert wurden die Tiere massiv gejagt. Inzwischen hat sich die Population erholt und wird auf <strong>600.000 Tiere gesch\u00e4tzt.<\/strong> Die Tiere leben ausschlie\u00dflich in <strong>freier<\/strong> <strong>Wildbahn<\/strong> und werden zwischen M\u00e4rz und August von <strong>professionellen J\u00e4gern<\/strong> erlegt.<\/p>\n<p>Springb\u00f6cke werden kaum gez\u00fcchtet. Die Ern\u00e4hrung der Antilopen mit nat\u00fcrlichen Gr\u00e4sern, wilden Kr\u00e4utern und Bl\u00e4ttern erzeugt einen angenehmen <strong>aromatischen<\/strong> Geschmack beim <strong>Springbockfleisch.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--wpads#content--><!--wpads#content1--><!--wpads#content2--><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Ein perfekter Grillabend mit Springbock-Fleisch<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Das Springbock-Fleisch geh\u00f6rt zu den <strong>besten Fleischsorten.<\/strong> Neben einer <strong>frischroten Farbe<\/strong> ist Springbock-Fleisch auch sehr <strong>feinfasrig.<\/strong> Das Springbock-Fleisch wird nach Deutschland <strong>tiefgefroren<\/strong> exportiert und ist auf diese Weise ganzj\u00e4hrig im Handel erh\u00e4ltlich.<\/p>\n<p>Auf Anfrage gibt es sicherlich auch Frischfleisch vom Springbock zu kaufen. Der <strong>Kilopreis<\/strong> f\u00fcr Springbock-Filetsteaks betr\u00e4gt etwa<strong> 50 Euro<\/strong>. Das Fleisch ist ideal geeignet f\u00fcr einen Grillabend. Springbock hat einen <strong>eigenen Wildgeschmack.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Das feinfasrige Fleisch medium grillen<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Springbock schmeckt <strong>sehr zart<\/strong> und wird in ausgew\u00e4hlten Restaurants gern als <strong>Filet, Steak, rosa gebraten, Carpaccio oder Curry<\/strong> angeboten. Auf dem Grill sollte Springbock nicht zu lange verweilen.
