Die Bratwurst hat eine <strong>lange Geschichte<\/strong> hinter sich, die kaum einer kennt. Die erste Erw\u00e4hnung f\u00fchrt ins Jahr <strong>700 v. Chr<\/strong>. zur\u00fcck.<\/p>\n<p>Die <strong>alten Griechen<\/strong> sollen Ziegen- und Schweinem\u00e4gen mit Fett und Blut gef\u00fcllt und die Wurst anschlie\u00dfend \u00fcber gl\u00fchenden Kohlen ger\u00f6stet haben. Im ersten Jahrhundert v. Chr. wurde ein <strong>Bratwurstrezept<\/strong> im ersten <strong>r\u00f6mischen Kochbuch<\/strong> erw\u00e4hnt. Kurze Zeit sp\u00e4ter berichtete der r\u00f6mische Dichter Petronius von auf einem silbernen Bratwurstrost rauchenden Bratw\u00fcrsten.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Urkundliche Erw\u00e4hnung\u00a0 im Rechnungsbuch des Jungfrauenklosters Arnstadt<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Anfang des <strong>14. Jahrhunderts<\/strong> wurde an die Au\u00dfenmauer der <strong>Moritzkapelle<\/strong> in N\u00fcrnberg ein <strong>Bratwurstgl\u00f6cklein<\/strong> gebaut. Die erste <strong>urkundliche Erw\u00e4hnung<\/strong> hatte die Bratwurst am 20. Januar <strong>1404<\/strong> im <strong>Jungfrauenkloster<\/strong> von Arnstadt, als ein Groschen f\u00fcr D\u00e4rme zu Bratw\u00fcrsten ausgegeben und dies auf der Propsteirechnung festgehalten wurde.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1432<\/strong> schlie\u00dflich wurde eine Art Reinheitsgebot f\u00fcr Bratw\u00fcrste, Leberw\u00fcrste und andere W\u00fcrste in der Fleischhauerordnung festgehalten. Die Coburger Bratwurst wird 1498 erstmalig auf einem Speisezettel vom Georgenspital erw\u00e4hnt.<\/p>\n<p><!--wpads#content--><!--wpads#content1--><!--wpads#content2--><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Erstes Kochbuch-Rezept vor mehr als 200 Jahren<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>1595<\/strong> erscheint von der <strong>N\u00fcrnberger Metzgerzunft<\/strong> ein Bratwurstrezept. F\u00fcnf Jahre sp\u00e4ter wurde die <strong>K\u00f6nigsberger Riesenbratwurst<\/strong> mit einer L\u00e4nge von 1.005 Ellen (etwa 670 Meter) gemessen. Am 2. Juli 1613 wird f\u00fcr das Fleischerhandwerk in Weimar, Jena und Buttst\u00e4dt ein Paragraf 25 mit dem Titel Bratwurst niedergeschrieben.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1797<\/strong> wird im <strong>\u201eTh\u00fcringisch-Erfurtisches<\/strong> Kochbuch\u201c das erste <strong>Rezept<\/strong> f\u00fcr Th\u00fcringer Rostbratw\u00fcrste abgedruckt.
