Dabei ist die Zubereitung durchaus entscheidend, wie auch das <strong>Anrichten<\/strong> und <strong>Servieren.<\/strong> Allerdings sollte die <strong>Dekoration<\/strong> nicht vernachl\u00e4ssigt werden. F\u00fcr gr\u00f6\u00dfere Veranstaltungen lohnt es sich, einige <strong>Falttechniken<\/strong> f\u00fcr <strong>Servietten<\/strong> anzuschauen und auszuprobieren. Die beliebtesten Servietten-Falttechniken sollen kurz vorgestellt werden.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Bischofsm\u00fctze ist sehr standfest<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Die <strong>\u201eBischofsm\u00fctze\u201c<\/strong> ist in weniger als einer Minute gefaltet und sehr <strong>standsicher,<\/strong> sodass auch bei st\u00fcrmischen Wetterbedingungen im Freien auf dem Grillbuffet nichts Tragisches passieren kann. Im ersten Schritt wird die Serviette einmal <strong>aufgeklappt,<\/strong> wobei die offene Seite oben liegt. Danach wird die linke untere Ecke diagonal oben zur Mitte gefaltet. Die rechte obere Ecke wird zur unteren Mitte gefaltet. Schlie\u00dflich wird die Serviette mit der glatten Seite nach oben umgedreht.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Serviettenfalten geht nach den ersten Handgriffen sehr schnell<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Im n\u00e4chsten Schritt wird die Serviette rechts in der Mitte gefasst und nach links umgelegt. Danach wird die soeben gefaltete Ecke aufgeklappt, um die untere Ecke anschlie\u00dfend nach oben zu falten. In einem weiteren Schritt wird die obere Ecke wieder zur\u00fcckgelegt. Nun wird die <strong>halbfertige \u201eBischofsm\u00fctze\u201c<\/strong> einmal komplett umgedreht, sodass die vordere obere Ecke nun hinten unten liegt.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Beidseitig bedruckte Servietten zum Falten benutzen<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Jetzt wird auch die zweite (untere) H\u00e4lfte nach oben umgeschlagen und diese in die obere Tasche hineingesteckt. Die \u201eBischofsm\u00fctze\u201c ist jetzt fertig und kann letztmalig <strong>auseinandergezogen<\/strong> schon aufgestellt werden.
