Das Rezept ist ganz einfach \u2013 ran an den Grill, Teig kneten, ausstechen und los geht\u2019s!<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Pl\u00e4tzchen vom Grill<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Alles, was Ihr au\u00dfer unserem R<strong>ezept zum\u00a0Pl\u00e4tzchen\u00a0backen mit dem Gasgrill<\/strong> braucht, ist ein wenig Zeit f\u00fcr die Vorbereitung des Pl\u00e4tzchenteigs, eine geeignete Unterlage und nat\u00fcrlich ein Gasgrill. Ganz wichtig: die Brenner m\u00fcssen sich regeln lassen. Als Unterlage kommt stilecht eine\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.santosgrills.de\/grillzubehoer\/gusseisenprodukte\/grillplatten\/\"><strong>Grillplatte<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0in Frage, mit der nicht nur herrliche Pl\u00e4tzchen in der Vorweihnachtszeit gelingen. Die Grillplatte eignet sich auch als Unterlage f\u00fcrs Backen und ist auf dem Gasgrill ein echtes\u00a0Multitalent.\u00a0Nat\u00fcrlich k\u00f6nnen Grill-Fan f\u00fcr das Pl\u00e4tzchen backen auch einen\u00a0Pizzastein\u00a0nutzen.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Unser Rezept: Pl\u00e4tzchen backen, aber richtig!<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Wer mit Erfolg backen m\u00f6chte, sollte ein paar Dinge beachten und nicht einfach drauf loslegen. Wir zeigen Euch in diesem Rezept, was Ihr braucht, um leckere Pl\u00e4tzchen zuzubereiten, die gekaufte Kekse alt aussehen lassen!<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Der Teig: F\u00fcr den Teig braucht es <strong>Zucker, Butter (zu gleichen Teilen), Mehl (ungef\u00e4hr so viel Gramm, wie Zucker &amp; Butter zusammen ergeben), Eier und Vanillezucker<\/strong>. Je nach Menge der Pl\u00e4tzchen kann die Zahl der Eier bzw. des Vanillezuckers variieren. Echte Gourmets greifen hier zu <strong>Vanilleschoten<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Alle Zutaten des Rezepts einfach<strong> zu einem glatten Teig verr\u00fchren.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Anschlie\u00dfend im K\u00fchlschrank <strong>f\u00fcr einige Zeit ruhen<\/strong> lassen.<\/li>\n<li>Dann den Teig bis auf eine Dicke von einem halben Zentimeter auf Backpapier ausrollen und mit Formen die Pl\u00e4tzchen ausstechen.<\/li>\n<li>Etwas Mehl auf die Unterlage streuen und die Pl\u00e4tzchen f\u00fcr knapp 10 Minuten bei c<strong>a. 160\u00b0C\u00a0im Gasgrill indirekt grillen<\/strong>. Wichtig: Der Deckel muss geschlossen bleiben. Die fertigen Pl\u00e4tzchen k\u00f6nnen anschlie\u00dfen noch mit Schokolade oder Zuckerguss \u00fcberzogen werden.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Fertig sind die Pl\u00e4tzchen vom Grill!
