Das <strong>einfache<\/strong> und doch <strong>leckere<\/strong> Gericht l\u00e4sst sich aber auch im <strong>heimischen<\/strong> Garten auf dem <strong>Grill<\/strong> zubereiten. Die G\u00e4ste der Grillparty werden auf jeden Fall begeistert sein und dem Grillmeister die Spareribs bereits vom Grill essen.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Amerikanische K\u00fcche mit frischem Fleisch vom Metzger<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Damit die typisch amerikanische K\u00fcche zum vollen Erfolg wird, sind einige wichtige <strong>Tipps<\/strong> vor dem Grillen entscheidend. Bereits beim <strong>Einkauf<\/strong> sollte man darauf achten, dass die <strong>Schweinerippchen frisch<\/strong> sind. Beim Fleischer oder <strong>Metzger<\/strong> des Vertrauens k\u00f6nnen gr\u00f6\u00dfere Mengen mit <strong>Frischequalit\u00e4t<\/strong> bestellt werden. Nach dem Einkauf werden die Rippchen entweder ohne Marinade im <strong>K\u00fchlschrank gelagert<\/strong> oder eine w\u00fcrzige Sauce wird w\u00e4hrenddessen zubereitet.<\/p>\n<p><!--wpads#content--><!--wpads#content1--><!--wpads#content2--><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Bier-Zwiebel-Senf-Marinade <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Als <strong>Marinade<\/strong> f\u00fcr etwa zwei Kilogramm Schweinerippen eignet sich beispielsweise eine Mischung aus 600ml <strong>Starkbier,<\/strong> einer gro\u00dfen <strong>Zwiebel,<\/strong> sechs kleingehackten <strong>Knoblauchzehen,<\/strong> 8 EL <strong>Honigsenf<\/strong> und zwei Essl\u00f6ffel <strong>K\u00fcmmel<\/strong> sowie Pfeffer uns Salz. In einem Gefrierbeutel werden die Rippchen mit der Marinade verschlossen im K\u00fchlschrank \u00fcber <strong>Nacht aufbewahrt<\/strong> und gelegentlich gewendet.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Schweinerippchen indirekt grillen<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Die <strong>Marinade<\/strong> wird vorm Grillen in einem Topf <strong>aufgekocht<\/strong> und bei niedriger Hitze reduziert. Die Rippchen salzen und pfeffern und auf dem einge\u00f6lten Grillrost <strong>indirekt grillen.<\/strong> Mit den Knochen nach unten \u00fcber eine Fettauffangschale gelegt, werden die Spareribs etwa <strong>50 Minuten<\/strong> in einem geschlossenen Grill zubereitet.
