Ein Grund, warum <strong>Wintergrillen<\/strong> zunehmend <strong>Anh\u00e4nger<\/strong> findet. Allerdings ist das Grillen in Eis und Schnee nicht jedermanns Sache. <strong>Indoorgrillen<\/strong> steht deshalb hoch im Kurs. Allerdings zeigen <strong>Unf\u00e4lle<\/strong> immer wieder, dass Indoorgrillen <strong>nicht<\/strong> ganz <strong>ungef\u00e4hrlich<\/strong> sein kann.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Indoorgrillen mit Holzkohlegrill<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Speziell, wenn statt zum Elektrogrill zum <strong>Holzkohlegrill<\/strong> gegriffen wird, kann der eigentliche <strong>Freizeitspa\u00df<\/strong> schnell zur Katastrophe werden. Einerseits wird das <strong>offene Feuer<\/strong> zur <strong>Gefahrenquelle<\/strong> f\u00fcr Mobiliar &amp; Grillg\u00e4ste. Auf der anderen Seite droht ein unsichtbares Risiko \u2013 <strong>Vergiftungen<\/strong> durch <strong>Kohlenmonoxid.<\/strong> CO ist ein farb-, geruch- und geschmackloses Gas und kann als Atemgift <strong>t\u00f6dlich wirken.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--wpads#content--><!--wpads#content1--><!--wpads#content2--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Kohlenmonoxid<\/strong> blockiert das <strong>Eisenatom<\/strong> des <strong>H\u00e4moglobins.<\/strong> Die Folge: Bei ausreichender Konzentration in der Atemluft kann CO zum <strong>Ersticken<\/strong> f\u00fchren. Bereits geringe Mengen reichen aus, um den <strong>Sauerstofftransport<\/strong> zu <strong>gef\u00e4hrden.<\/strong> Eine CO-Konzentration von nur 0,1 % in der Atemluft reicht aus, um bereits 50 % der roten Blutk\u00f6rper zu inaktivieren.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Grillunf\u00e4lle beim Indoorgrillen<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Grillunf\u00e4lle durch Kohlenmonoxidvergiftungen sind keineswegs so selten, wie aktuelle Beispiele beweisen. Wer den Holzkohlegrill in den eigenen 4 W\u00e4nden in Betrieb nehmen will, muss unbedingt f\u00fcr eine <strong>ausreichende Bel\u00fcftung<\/strong> sorgen. Aber auch der <strong>Elektrogrill<\/strong> hat seine <strong>T\u00fccken.<\/strong> Entz\u00fcnden sich <strong>Fett<\/strong> oder <strong>Bratensaft,<\/strong> entsteht ein \u00e4u\u00dferst <strong>t\u00fcckischer Brand.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Der Versuch, Fettbrand mit <strong>Wasser<\/strong> zu l\u00f6schen, f\u00fchrt oft zur gef\u00fcrchteten <strong>Fettexplosion. Experten<\/strong> raten dazu, Fettbr\u00e4nde nur mit geeigneten Mitteln wie <strong>L\u00f6schdecken<\/strong> oder <strong>Fettbrandl\u00f6chern<\/strong> zu ersticken.
