Auch auf dem Grill ist f\u00fcr Gusseisen der 2. Fr\u00fchling angebrochen. Inzwischen kehrt mancher Grill-Fan zu den Urspr\u00fcngen aus Gro\u00dfmutters Zeiten zur\u00fcck und setzt auf den <strong>Grillrost<\/strong> aus <strong>Gusseisen.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Was das Material so besonders macht, ist die <strong>bessere Hitzeverteilung.<\/strong> Und ein Branding wie aus dem Texas-Steakhouse. Allerdings will Gusseisen auf dem Holzkohle- oder Gasgrill <strong>gepflegt<\/strong> werden. Und das wussten schon unsere Gro\u00dfeltern.<\/p>\n<h2>Pflegetipp Nr.1:<\/h2>\n<p>Gusseisen <strong>nie<\/strong> mit <strong>Sp\u00fclmittel<\/strong> reinigen. Auf dem Grillrost bildet sich durch den Gebrauch eine <strong>sch\u00fctzende Schicht,<\/strong> die vor Rost und Festgebackenem bewahrt. Die <strong>Patina<\/strong> ist allerdings nicht resistent gegen Sp\u00fclmittel. Habt Ihr den Grillrost doch einmal mit <strong>Seife<\/strong> abgewaschen, muss es <strong>neu eingebrannt<\/strong> werden.<\/p>\n<p><!--wpads#content--><!--wpads#content1--><!--wpads#content2--><\/p>\n<h2>Pflegetipp Nr.2:<\/h2>\n<p>Einen Grillrost aus Gusseisen reagiert <strong>empfindlich<\/strong> auf pl\u00f6tzliche <strong>Temperaturwechsel.<\/strong> Vermeidet es grunds\u00e4tzlich, den hei\u00dfen Grillrost abzuschrecken. Alles, was Ihr damit erreicht, ist Euren <strong>Grillrost<\/strong> f\u00fcr den Gasgrill zu <strong>riskieren.<\/strong> Durch die pl\u00f6tzlich auftretenden Spannungen kann Gusseisen <strong>rei\u00dfen.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Pflegetipp Nr.3:<\/h2>\n<p>Lasst niemals <strong>Speisereste<\/strong> \u00fcber einen l\u00e4ngeren Zeitraum auf dem <strong>Grillrost.<\/strong> Gusseisen rostet und reagiert daher <strong>empfindlich<\/strong> auf <strong>Feuchtigkeit.<\/strong> Bemerkt trotz allem Rost auf Eurem Gussrost f\u00fcr den Gasgrill, k\u00f6nnte die <strong>Feuchtigkeit<\/strong> der Luft <strong>\u00dcbelt\u00e4ter<\/strong> sein.<\/p>\n<h2>Pflegetipp Nr.4:<\/h2>\n<p>Vorsicht \u2013 ein Gussrost f\u00fcr den Gasgrill <strong>speichert<\/strong> die <strong>Hitze<\/strong> anders als ein Grillrost aus Edelstahl. Arbeitet nach dem Grillen daher grunds\u00e4tzlich nur mit <strong>Handschuhen<\/strong> am Grill. Und passt auf, dass Kinder dem Gasgrill nicht zu nahe kommen.<\/p>\n<h2>Pflegetipp Nr.5:<\/h2>\n<p>Gegen Festgebranntes gibt es ein gutes Mittel zur Vorbeugung. <strong>\u00d6lt<\/strong>\u00a0 den Gussrost einfach etwas ein.
