Doch wie entsteht dieses besondere Muster? Eine Frage, die insbesondere dem Anf\u00e4nger unter den N\u00e4geln brennt. Denn ein Blick auf das Grillrost gen\u00fcgt, um zu wissen, dass es <strong>ohne<\/strong> einen <strong>Trick<\/strong> <strong>nicht funktioniert.<\/strong> Und der ist genauso einfach wie genial. Im Folgenden erkl\u00e4ren wir, wie selbst <strong>Einsteiger<\/strong> das typische <strong>Grillmuster<\/strong> auf\u00b4s Steak <strong>zaubern.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dazu ben\u00f6tigen wir ein <strong>handels\u00fcbliches Grillrost,<\/strong> ein Steak und eine Grillzange. Zuerst wird das Steak auf einer Seite angebraten, bis sich die Streifen in eine Richtung klar abzeichnen. Anschlie\u00dfend das Steak <strong>nicht wenden,<\/strong> sondern einfach um 45\u00b0 drehen und anbraten. Auf diese Weise entsteht ein sch\u00f6nes Grillmuster, das sich sehen lassen kann. Nach dem Wenden des Steaks einfach in<strong> gleicher Weise<\/strong> <strong>verfahren.<\/strong> Und das Fleisch durchgaren. Fertig ist ein perfektes Grillmuster wie aus dem Bilderbuch.<\/p>\n<p><!--wpads#content--><!--wpads#content1--><!--wpads#content2--><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Alternative Grillplatte<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Geh\u00f6rt Ihr auch zu den Grill-Fans, die nicht direkt auf dem Rost grillen, sondern mithilfe einer <strong>Aluschale<\/strong> oder <strong>Grillpfanne?<\/strong> Auf diese Weise vermeidet Ihr zwar l\u00e4stige Stichflammen durch herabtropfendes Fett und Bratensaft. Ein Ergebnis auf die oben beschrieben Art und Weise l\u00e4sst sich so aber <strong>nicht erreichen.<\/strong> Hier hilft der Einsatz eines besonderen Hilfsmittels \u2013 der Griddleplatte.<\/p>\n<p>Dank der besonderen Struktur des Bodens entsteht bei deren Einsatz ein <strong>perfektes Streifenmuster.<\/strong> Und Ihr k\u00f6nnt analog zum direkten Grillen auf dem Rost verfahren. Nat\u00fcrlich m\u00fcssen es nicht immer 45\u00b0 sein. Dreht das Steak einfach im 90\u00b0.
