F\u00fcr den <strong>perfekten Grillgenuss<\/strong> fehlen aber die leckeren <strong>Grillbeilagen.<\/strong> Salate, Brot, Gem\u00fcse, Obst, Saucen und Dips verleihen einer Grillparty ihren besonderen Charme. W\u00e4hrend in kleiner geselliger Runde einige Beilagen sehr beliebt sind, gibt es viele leckere Gaumenfreuden, die trotz ihres geringen Zeitaufwandes in der Zubereitung selten auf den Tisch kommen.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Brot und Baguette zum Dippen und Belegen<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Baguette und Brot eignen sich f\u00fcr jedes Grillevent. Der <strong>Kreativit\u00e4t<\/strong> sind dabei <strong>keine Grenzen<\/strong> gesetzt. In mundgerechte St\u00fccke geschnitten passt Baguette oder Brot ausgezeichnet zu Gegrilltem. In <strong>Alufolie<\/strong> eingewickelt einfach in die <strong>Glut legen<\/strong> und je nach Hitze einige Minuten garen. Zu Folienkartoffeln schmecken neben <strong>Quark, Tsaziki<\/strong> oder Salat nat\u00fcrlich auch Steaks und Fisch.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Tomate-Mozzarella-Salat als leckere Grillbeilage<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Ebenfalls f\u00fcr <strong>Vegetarier<\/strong> geeignet ist ein <strong>Tomate-Mozzarella-Salat.<\/strong> Traditionell in Scheiben geschnitten und aufeinander gelegt oder auf Spie\u00dfe gesteckt, wird der Tomate-Mozzarella-Salat mit <strong>Basilikum,<\/strong> nativem <strong>Oliven\u00f6l<\/strong> und <strong>Balsamico-Essig<\/strong> geschmacklich verfeinert.
