Die richtige Fleischwahl ist entscheidend, wenn man auf die schlanke Linie achten muss. Auf dem Teller sollte neben gesundem Salat vor allem wei\u00dfes Fleisch landen. H\u00e4hnchenbrust ohne Haut hat deutlich weniger Kalorien als Rind oder Kalbfleisch. Der <strong>Fettanteil<\/strong> unterscheidet sich demnach deutlich.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Kalb und Rind haben h\u00f6chsten Fettgehalt<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>100 Gramm Kalbskotelett<\/strong> ist mit 7,8 Gramm Fett und fast <strong>150 Kilokalorien<\/strong> der <strong>\u201eVerlierer\u201c<\/strong> unter den fett\u00e4rmsten <strong>Grill-Fleischsorten<\/strong>. <strong>Ges\u00fcnder<\/strong> ist bereits <strong>Rinderfiletsteak.<\/strong> 100 Gramm enthalten 4,2 Gramm Fett und immer noch stolze 125 Kilokalorien. <strong>100 Gramm Kalbsfilet hat mit 3,5 Gramm Fett bereits 4,3 Gramm weniger Fettanteil als das Kotelett.<\/strong> Dieser Unterschied macht sich bei den <strong>Kilokalorien<\/strong> bemerkbar \u2013 <strong>Kalbsfilet<\/strong> hat nur <strong>117<\/strong> der kleinen Tierchen, die nachts die Kleidung enger n\u00e4hen.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Lamm und Schwein liegen hinter Pute und H\u00e4hnchen<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Einen undankbaren <strong>vierten Platz<\/strong> belegt das <strong>Lammfilet,<\/strong> welches bei 100 Gramm mit 3,4 Gramm Fett und <strong>110 Kilokalorien<\/strong> vorweisen kann. Die <strong>Bronzemedaille<\/strong> geht an das <strong>Schweinefilet.<\/strong> Das Fleisch hat lediglich 2,1 Gramm Fett und <strong>105 Kilokalorien.<\/strong> 100 Gramm Putenbrust enthalten nur noch 103 Kilokalorien bei 1,1 Gramm Fett. Der Spitzenreiter unter den fett\u00e4rmsten Fleischsorten zum Grillen ist nat\u00fcrlich die H\u00e4hnchenbrust ohne Haut. 100 Gramm haben nur 102 Kilokalorien und 0,7 Gramm Fett.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Gesunde Zubereitung auf dem Grill<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Grillen ist aufgrund der <strong>Zubereitung<\/strong> \u00fcber der <strong>hei\u00dfen Glut<\/strong> besonders <strong>gesund.<\/strong> Statt im \u00d6l der Bratpfanne zu schwimmen, brutzelt das Fleisch auf dem Rost und sondert sogar noch Fett ab.
