Das <strong>Ergebnis<\/strong> ist <strong>ern\u00fcchternd,<\/strong> denn Geruch, Geschmack sowie Aussehen von Bio-Steaks ist im Durchschnitt nicht besser als bei herk\u00f6mmlichem Fleisch.<\/p>\n<p><!--wpads#content--><!--wpads#content1--><!--wpads#content2--><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Bio-Fleisch schmeckt durch Fettgehalt besser<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Allerdings gibt es bei <strong>Sensorik<\/strong> und <strong>Qualit\u00e4t<\/strong> zum teil erhebliche <strong>Unterschiede,<\/strong> denn Rind ist nicht gleich Rind. Um den Fleischertrag zu optimieren, z\u00fcchten konventionelle Betriebe andere Tierrassen als Biobauern.\u00a0 Und diesen <strong>Unterschied<\/strong> kann man <strong>schmecken<\/strong> \u2013 denn ein <strong>h\u00f6herer Fettgehalt<\/strong> im <strong>Bio-Fleisch<\/strong> wirkt sich <strong>positiv<\/strong> auf den <strong>Geschmack<\/strong> aus. Je niedriger der Fettgehalt ist, umso trockener und neutraler schmeckt auch das Fleisch. Durch das Hochm\u00e4sten leidet der Geschmack.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Fleisch aus \u00d6kohaltung schont Ressourcen<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Fleisch vom <strong>Biobauern<\/strong> eignet sich <strong>besonders gut<\/strong> zum <strong>Grillen<\/strong> und <strong>Braten.<\/strong> Denn f\u00fcr die gew\u00fcnschte Zartheit es ist optimal ausgereift. Entscheidet der Grillmeister sich f\u00fcr Fleisch aus \u00d6kohaltung <strong>schont<\/strong> er damit auch <strong>Ressourcen<\/strong> und <strong>f\u00f6rdert<\/strong> die <strong>Tiergesundheit.<\/strong> Werden bei kranken Biotieren Medikamente eingesetzt, ist die Wartezeit bis zum Schlachten gegen\u00fcber einem Tier aus konventioneller Zucht doppelt so lang.
