F\u00fcr viele Grill-Fans der ideale Zeitpunkt, um Bilanz zu ziehen und f\u00fcr uns der Moment, den <strong>Blick \u00fcber den Tellerrand<\/strong> zu wagen. Schlie\u00dflich sind <strong>BBQ<\/strong> und <strong>Grill<\/strong> nicht zwangsl\u00e4ufig der Nabel der Welt. Und auch anderswo l\u00e4sst\u00a0sich hervorragend schlemmen \u2013 wie im <strong>Steak House<\/strong> um die Ecke oder der <strong>Burgerbude.<\/strong> Richtig, auch Hamburger k\u00f6nnen <strong>appetitlich<\/strong> sein. Allerdings fernab des klassischen Fast-Food-Klischees.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Premium-Burger als Nischenprodukt<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Nischenanbieter<\/strong> setzen nicht auf Masse, sondern eher auf<strong> hochwertige Zutaten.<\/strong> Dies f\u00e4ngt beim <strong>Fleisch<\/strong> an und h\u00f6rt beim Gem\u00fcse auf. Klar \u2013 Burgerrestaurants als Genusstempel zu bezeichnen, w\u00e4re sicher verfr\u00fcht. Aber speziell in den <strong>USA<\/strong> scheint sich aktuell ein <strong>Trend<\/strong> durchzusetzen, der vielleicht auch bald in Deutschland Einzug h\u00e4lt. Statt <strong>Pappschachtel-Image<\/strong> verordnen kleine Burgerketten ihren <strong>Produkten Qualit\u00e4t.<\/strong> Und machen sie damit zum <strong>Premium-Burger.<\/strong> Ein Rezept, dass durchaus Erfolg haben k\u00f6nnte.<\/p>\n<p>In den vergangenen Jahren ist das <strong>Bewusstsein<\/strong> f\u00fcr eine <strong>gesunde Ern\u00e4hrung<\/strong> enorm <strong>gewachsen.<\/strong> Und in dem Ma\u00df, wie die Anspr\u00fcche der Verbraucher steigen, wird sich auch die Qualit\u00e4t typischer <strong>Fast-Food-Speisen ver\u00e4ndern<\/strong> m\u00fcssen. Statt simpler Hackfleisch-Patty bald nur noch Premium-Burger mit feinstem Steakfleisch zwischen den Semmelh\u00e4lften? Ein Gedanke, an den man sich durchaus gew\u00f6hnen k\u00f6nnte. Und ein interessantes Konzept, das sich aber vor allem \u00fcber den <strong>Preis<\/strong> entscheidet.<\/p>\n<p>Der <strong>teuerste Burger der Welt<\/strong> wird seine Krone vorerst aber sicher verteidigen, denn <strong>mehr<\/strong> als <strong>hundert Euro<\/strong> sind sicher die Wenigsten bereit auszugeben.
