Falsch! Echte Kenner kennen den Unterschied. Das T-Bone Steak wird an den schmaleren Filetspitzen des Tieres abgeschnitten und stammt daher aus dem vorderen Teil des Tieres. Das Porterhouse hingegen stammt vom weiter hinten gelegenen Teil der Kuh.
