Habt Ihr aber schon einmal versucht, <strong>Paella<\/strong> oder <strong>Risotto<\/strong> auf dem <strong>Grill<\/strong> zuzubereiten? Klar, der Reis landet umgehend in der Glut und geht sprichw\u00f6rtlich in Rauch auf.<\/p>\n<p>Also doch wieder an den guten alten Herd zur\u00fcckkehren und sich hier um die Beilagen k\u00fcmmern. Falsch! Viele Grills bieten heute mehr als nur \u201eeine Funktion\u201c. Speziell <strong>Gasgrills<\/strong> sind inzwischen mit <strong>Seitenbrennern<\/strong> ausger\u00fcstet. Und eignen sich daher ideal f\u00fcr den Einsatz von <strong>T\u00f6pfen<\/strong> &amp; <strong>Pfannen.<\/strong> Beilagen, wie Risotto, Paella oder Bratkartoffeln sind kein Problem mehr.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Risotto \u2013 einfaches Grundrezept &amp; nach Belieben abgeschmeckt<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Ein <strong>Klassiker,<\/strong> den fast jede Hausfrau kennt, ist das <strong>Risotto.<\/strong> Die s\u00e4mige Masse ist alles andere als schwierig zuzubereiten und l\u00e4sst idealerweise auch in einer <strong>Pfanne<\/strong> auf dem <strong>Grill<\/strong> zaubern. Das Grundrezept ist denkbar einfach. Zwiebeln w\u00fcrfeln, in der Pfanne mit \u00d6l glasig anschwitzen, den Reis dazugeben und ebenfalls anschwitzen. Anschlie\u00dfend das Ganze mit Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche abl\u00f6schen und Einkochen lassen.<\/p>\n<p>Das war\u00b4s eigentlich schon fast. Damit das Risotto sch\u00f6n <strong>s\u00e4mig<\/strong> wird, einfach bei Bedarf noch etwas <strong>Br\u00fche<\/strong> zugeben. Das <strong>Grundrezept<\/strong> l\u00e4sst sich vielfach <strong>abwandeln<\/strong> \u2013 etwa mit <strong>Fr\u00fcchten<\/strong> oder <strong>Gem\u00fcse.<\/strong> Eine etwas andere Beilage. Nat\u00fcrlich eignet sich die Pfanne auf dem Grill ohne Weiteres auch zum <strong>Garen<\/strong> von <strong>Fisch<\/strong> oder <strong>Fleisch.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Grunds\u00e4tzlich gilt: Wandert die <strong>Pfanne<\/strong> in den <strong>Garraum,<\/strong> bitte<strong> keine K\u00fcchenhelfer mit Holz- oder Kunststoffgriffen<\/strong> verwenden.
