Derartige Dimensionen sind im heimischen Garten nat\u00fcrlich meistens unm\u00f6glich.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Leckere Marinade f\u00fcr Spanferkelfleisch <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>F\u00fcr die G\u00e4ste einer Grillparty ist ein Spanferkel ein besonderes <strong>Highlight.<\/strong> Die Zubereitung ist denkbar einfach. Beim Fleischer oder <strong>Metzger<\/strong> des Vertrauens f\u00fcr acht Personen etwa<strong> 1,5 Kilogramm Spanferkelr\u00fccken<\/strong> bestellen. Das Fleisch zun\u00e4chst trocken tupfen und mit einem Messer die Haut einritzen. Durch das direkte Grillen w\u00fcrde die Marinade <strong>verbrennen.<\/strong> Den Spanferkelbraten auf dem Grill mit gen\u00fcgend Abstand zum Feuer bzw. der Glut zubereiten.<\/p>\n<p>Das Fleisch wird etwa <strong>eine Stunde<\/strong> auf dem Grillrost belassen und gelegentlich gewendet, bis die Haut knusprig braun ist.
