Nat\u00fcrlich gilt auch hier: Euer pers\u00f6nlicher Geschmack z\u00e4hlt.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Buche <\/strong>ist ein sehr vielseitiges R\u00e4ucherholz und mit seinen ausgewogenen Eigenschaften \u00e4u\u00dferst beliebt. Es verleiht Eurem Grillgut einen milden und klassischen Rauchgeschmack und eignet sich universell f\u00fcr alle Fleischsorten, Fisch und Gem\u00fcse.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Hickory <\/strong>geh\u00f6rt mit zu den bekanntesten Holzarten zum R\u00e4uchern. Es bildet einen intensiven Rauch und etwas scharfen Beigeschmack und eignet sich perfekt f\u00fcr jegliches Fleisch, das mit einer ordentlichen BBQ Rauchnote veredelt werden soll.
