Viele G\u00e4rtner beklagen zwar in dieser Saison eine unzureichende Ernte. Dennoch darf auf einer <strong>Grillparty<\/strong> saisonales Obst nicht fehlen. Vielf\u00e4ltig verarbeitet und zubereitet, gibt es dem vermutlich letzten Grillabend ohne Schal und M\u00fctze nochmal eine geschmacklich <strong>besondere Note.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Heimisches Obst als gesunder Schlankmacher <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Fruchtig <strong>lecker<\/strong> und <strong>umweltfreundlich<\/strong> von den heimischen Obstb\u00e4umen kommen im Septembe<strong>r \u00c4pfel, Birnen, Pflaumen, Zwetschgen und Mirabellen<\/strong> daher. Im Oktober und November gesellen sich dazu noch Birnen und Quitten. Saisonales und regionales Obst gelten nicht nur als gesunde, schnelle Zwischenmahlzeit, sondern ist dazu noch ein <strong>kalorienarmer Schlankmacher.<\/strong> Die Schale der Fr\u00fcchte enth\u00e4lt viele Ballaststoffe, die eine s\u00e4ttigende Wirkung haben. Vor dem Verzehr sollte Obst gewaschen, aber nicht gesch\u00e4lt werden.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Herzhafte Rezeptideen mit Zwetschgen <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>F\u00fcr eine saisonale Gaumenfreude sorgt die <strong>Zwetschge<\/strong> oder <strong>Pflaume.<\/strong> Verarbeitet zu einem saftigen <strong>Zwetschgenkuchen<\/strong> aus Hefeteig bereichert sie sicherlich ein nachmitt\u00e4gliches Kaffeetrinken. Mit angebratenem <strong>Hackfleisch<\/strong> und<strong> Gorgonzola-K\u00e4se<\/strong> belegt, entfalten sich v\u00f6llig neue Geschmacksrichtungen. Umh\u00fcllt von Speck auf einen Zahnstocher aufgespie\u00dft ist die Pflaume zudem ein herzhafter Leckerbissen beim Grillen. Vielf\u00e4ltige <strong>Saucen<\/strong> und <strong>Chutneys<\/strong> auf Pflaumenbasis sind inzwischen im Handel erh\u00e4ltlich. Auch selbstgemachte Marinaden und w\u00fcrzige Fruchtaufstriche lassen sich kinderleicht und schnell zubereiten.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Gegrillte Birne \u2013 mal s\u00fc\u00df, mal pikant <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Birnen eignen sich besonders f\u00fcrs s\u00fc\u00dfe Grillen. Neben einem leckeren <strong>Obstspie\u00df<\/strong> k\u00f6nnen die halbierten Fr\u00fcchte auch mit Butter bestrichen und in Alufolie eingewickelt auf dem Grill zubereitet werden. Als pikante Sauce passt eine Mischung aus <strong>Preiselbeeren<\/strong> und mildem <strong>Edelpilzk\u00e4se<\/strong> verr\u00fchrt mit Sahne.
