Immer mehr Grillfreunde kaufen <strong>bewusst<\/strong> ein und verzichten auf geschmacklose Massenware. Um einen Beitrag f\u00fcr die <strong>Umwelt<\/strong> zu leisten, sollten auch umweltfreundliche Grillkohle und Grillanz\u00fcnder auf der Einkaufsliste stehen. <strong>\u00d6kologisches Grillen ist der Trend von morgen.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Grillkohle mit FSC-Siegel aus nachhaltiger Holzwirtschaft <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Beim Kauf der Holzkohle empfiehlt der <strong>WWF,<\/strong> genauer hinzuschauen. Oftmals landet Holzkohle aus Regenwald-Raubbau in der T\u00fcte und im Supermarkt. Mit dem <strong>FSC-Siegel <\/strong>(Forest Stewardship Council) ist der umweltbewusste Grillmeister auf der <strong>sicheren Seite.<\/strong> Das internationale Zertifikat garantiert, dass die Rohstoffe f\u00fcr die Grillkohle aus <strong>nachhaltiger Waldbewirtschaftung<\/strong> gewonnen wurden.<\/p>\n<p>Dabei ist die Holzkohle aus kontrolliertem nachhaltigem Anbau keineswegs teurer als herk\u00f6mmliche Produkte. Gut sortierte Superm\u00e4rkte, Baum\u00e4rkte und Tankstellen haben FSC-Holzkohle inzwischen in ihr Angebot aufgenommen, um der Nachfrage umweltbewusster Grillfreunde gerecht zu werden.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>WWF empfiehlt \u00d6ko-Grillanz\u00fcnder aus reiner Holzfaser<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Oftmals herrscht Unsicherheit beim Verbraucher, der in der Holzkohle-T\u00fcte keine tropischen Regenwald-H\u00f6lzer vermutet. \u00c4hnliches gilt auch f\u00fcr den <strong>Grillanz\u00fcnder.<\/strong> Die Industrie produziert den Brandbeschleuniger aus chemischen und synthetischen Bestandteilen. Um der Holzkohle richtig anzuheizen, empfiehlt der <strong>WWF<\/strong> Produkte auf <strong>Basis nachwachsender Rohstoffe<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Unangenehm riechende chemische Grillanz\u00fcnder sollten aufgebraucht und durch Kaminanz\u00fcnder aus reiner <strong>Holzfaser<\/strong> ersetzt werden. Umweltfreundliche \u00d6ko-Grillanz\u00fcnder f\u00fchren gro\u00dfe <strong>Baum\u00e4rkte<\/strong> und <strong>Superm\u00e4rkte<\/strong> auf jeden Fall.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u00c4therische \u00d6le halten Insekten fern <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Um die Holzkohle f\u00fcr einen Grillabend zu entflammen, wird das Brennmaterial &#8211; etwas Papier und nachhaltiger Kaminanz\u00fcnder &#8211; zum Brennen gebracht. Nach wenigen Minuten gl\u00fcht die <strong>\u00d6ko-Holzkohle.<\/strong> Das Grillgut kann auf das Rost und die hei\u00dfe Glut gelegt werden. \u00d6kologisches Grillen hat sogar einen angenehmen Effekt.
