Unter Zugabe von <strong>Milchs\u00e4urebakterien <\/strong>und Keimen des Schimmels <strong>Penicillium glaucum<\/strong> reift er in 3 bis 12 Monaten zu der mild-s\u00fc\u00dfen bis w\u00fcrzig-pikanten K\u00e4sespezialit\u00e4t. Seinen Ursprung hat er in <strong>Norditalien<\/strong>, wo der der K\u00e4se nachweislich schon seit dem fr\u00fchen Mittelalter produziert wird.<\/p>\n<p>Laut Legende entstand der prominente K\u00e4se durch einen gl\u00fccklichen Zufall: Ein Melker war seinerzeit so verliebt in ein sch\u00f6nes M\u00e4dchen, dass er morgens sehr unausgeschlafen in den Stall kam. So mischte er irrt\u00fcmlich geronnene Milch unter frische und stellte damit den ersten Gorgonzola her.<\/p>\n<p>Eine sch\u00f6ne Geschichte zu einem \u00fcberdies sehr gesunden K\u00e4se. <strong>Probiotische Bakterienst\u00e4mme<\/strong> unterst\u00fctzen das Immunsystem der Darmflora, eine <strong>hoher Gehalt an Kalzium und Phosphor<\/strong> versorgen den K\u00f6rper mit wichtigen Mineralstoffen.
