In nahezu jedem Gartenh\u00e4uschen findet man die altbew\u00e4hrten Grills. Saftige Fischfilets, w\u00fcrzige Steaks und knackiges Gem\u00fcse \u2013 dazu der typische Grillgeruch und der rauchige Geschmack der Holzkohle. Die Zutaten f\u00fcr einen perfekten Grillabend.<\/p>\n<p>Inzwischen gibt es auch andere M\u00f6glichkeiten, Steak und W\u00fcrste zu grillen. Eine Variante \u2013 der <strong>Gasgrill<\/strong>. Dessen besonderer Vorteil: <strong>Ohne Holzkohle<\/strong> geh\u00f6ren <strong>Rauchschwaden<\/strong> und <strong>w\u00fctende Nachbarn<\/strong> der <strong>Vergangenheit<\/strong> an. Kein Wunder, dass zunehmend mehr Grill-Fans sich von den Vorz\u00fcgen eines Gasgrills \u00fcberzeugen lassen.<\/p>\n<p><!--wpads#content--><!--wpads#content1--><!--wpads#content2--><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Spontanes und gesundes Grillen mit Gasgrills<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Neben einer deutlich geringeren Rauchentwicklung hat der Gasgrill aber noch andere Vorteile. Asche f\u00e4llt keine an und mit <strong>Gas aus Biomasse <\/strong>l\u00e4sst der Gasgrill umweltschonend betreiben. Gleichzeitig sind die <strong>Vorlaufzeiten niedriger,<\/strong> da ein l\u00e4stiges Anz\u00fcnden von Holzkohle oder Grillbriketts entf\u00e4llt. Eine Tatsache darf aber auch hier nicht au\u00dfer Acht gelassen werden.<\/p>\n<p>Trotz seiner umgehenden \u201e<strong>Betriebsbereitschaft<\/strong>\u201c \u2013 vor dem eigentlichen Grillen muss auch der Gasgrill <strong>vorheizen.<\/strong> Wer Steak, Gem\u00fcse, Gefl\u00fcgel oder Fisch geschmacklich aufpeppen will, kann auch beim Gasgrill zu sogenannten <strong>Wood Chips<\/strong> greifen. Diese verleihen dem Grillgut ein besonderes Aroma. Aber Vorsicht \u2013 nicht jedes Holz eignet sich f\u00fcr den Einsatz als Wood Chip.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>G\u00fctesiegel \u2013 Qualit\u00e4t und Sicherheit beim Gasgrill<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Anders als in den USA, wo der Gasgrill bereits eine gro\u00dfe Fangemeinde hat, setzen deutsche Grill-Fans zu einem hohen Prozentsatz auf den \u201eklassischen\u201c Grill mit Holzkohle. Ein Grund ist sicher in der Skepsis der Verbraucher zu suchen. Eine weitere Ursache liegt in den <strong>technischen Herausforderungen.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Entwickler und Hersteller m\u00fcssen zahlreiche Vorgaben erf\u00fcllen, bevor ein Gasgrill auf den Markt gebracht werden darf.
