Falsch? Grillen l\u00e4sst sich bei (fast) jedem Wetter \u2013 auch mit <strong>Schal<\/strong> und <strong>M\u00fctze.<\/strong> Wichtiger als das Wetter f\u00fcr gelungene Grillpartys ist die <strong>Organisation.<\/strong> Punkt 1: der <strong>Termin.<\/strong> Um Missverst\u00e4ndnisse oder gar das Grillen ohne Publikum zu vermeiden, lohnt sich eine fr\u00fche Ansage.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zwei bis drei Wochen<\/strong> im Voraus sollten reichen, damit sich alle geladenen G\u00e4ste auf die das Event einstellen k\u00f6nnen. Zu weit vorgreifen kann aber schnell zum Schuss werden, der nach hinten losgeht. N\u00e4mlich dann, wenn die H\u00e4lfte der G\u00e4ste den Termin schon wieder beiseitegeschoben hat.<\/p>\n<h2><strong> Die Partylocation<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Steht der Termin f\u00fcr die Grillparty, ist zumindest eine H\u00fcrde im Organisationsmarathon erfolgreich genommen. Schwieriger kann die Suche nach der passenden <strong>Partylocation <\/strong>werden. An diesem Punkt geht es nicht nur ums Grillen an sich. Speziell Partys neigen dazu, laut und ausschweifend zu werden. Beides tr\u00e4gt nur bedingt zum <strong>nachbarschaftlichen Frieden<\/strong> bei.<\/p>\n<p>Wer unter freiem Himmel in Siedlungen mit Ein- oder Mehrfamilienh\u00e4usern seine Grillparty veranstalten will, wird sich <strong>nach 22 Uhr<\/strong> in der Lautst\u00e4rke einschr\u00e4nken m\u00fcssen. Das Verlegen der Party in die Gartenlaube, den abgeschlossenen Pavillon oder Kellerr\u00e4ume sorgt f\u00fcr Abhilfe. Noch besser: einfach die <strong>Nachbarn einladen.<\/strong> Mischen sie sich unter die Partyg\u00e4ste, bleibt trotz Feierstimmung am Gartenzaun alles ruhig.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Die Grillparty &#8211; Sicherheit geht vor<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Eine Grillparty kann zum Spiel mit dem Feuer werden \u2013 und zwar sprichw\u00f6rtlich. Einfachstes Beispiel: Anfeuern mithilfe von <strong>Brennspiritus oder anderen Brandbeschleunigern<\/strong>. Wie schnell haben ungeduldige G\u00e4ste auf die glimmende Kohle Spiritus gegossen und schwere Unf\u00e4lle ausgel\u00f6st. <strong>Sicherheit geht deshalb vor<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Beim Anfeuern \u00fcbernehmen nur versierte Grill-Fans das Zepter. Und auch danach ist Sicherheit oberstes Gebot. Spielende Kinder in der N\u00e4he des Grills sind genauso tabu wie Betrunkene, die \u201eums Feuer tanzen\u201c.
