Bevor Grill-Fans loslegen k\u00f6nnen, steht die Anschaffung eines passenden Grills im Raum. Allein schon die Frage nach der Befeuerung des Grills scheint unl\u00f6sbar. <strong>Holzkohle-, Gas- oder Elektrogrill<\/strong> \u2013 wer die Wahl hat, hat die Qual.<\/p>\n<p>Und muss sich f\u00fcr ein passendes Modell entscheiden. Welche Variante am Ende den Vorzug erh\u00e4lt, h\u00e4ngt von unterschiedlichen Faktoren ab \u2013 und den eigenen Preisvorstellungen. An einem Punkt sollte nie gespart werden \u2013 der <strong>Sicherheit<\/strong>. Eine hohe Standsicherheit ist f\u00fcr ungetr\u00fcbtes <strong>Grillvergn\u00fcgen <\/strong>ebenso wichtig wie abgerundete Ecken und Kanten. Nur so lassen sich Verletzungen vermeiden.<\/p>\n<p><!--wpads#content--><!--wpads#content1--><!--wpads#content2--><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Der Holzkohlegrill \u2013 Grillen mit dem Klassiker<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Holzkohlegrills geh\u00f6ren immer noch zum Standardmodell. Dank unterschiedlichster Formen ist f\u00fcr jeden Garten und Geschmack eine passende Variante dabei. Puristen greifen gern zum einfachen <strong>Kugelgrill<\/strong>, etwas gehobener geht es mit Grills zu, die \u00fcber ein seitliches Glutbett verf\u00fcgen. Deren Vorteil \u2013 das l\u00e4stige Tropfen des Bratfetts in die Glut bleibt aus.<\/p>\n<p>Wo trotzdem auf Altbew\u00e4hrtes \u2013 sprich den Kugelgrill \u2013 gesetzt wird, l\u00e4sst sich ein Hineintropfen von Fett in die Asche ganz einfach mit <strong>Alufolie oder einer Grillschale<\/strong> verhindern. F\u00fcr den Einsatz auf dem Balkon sind Holzkohlegrills allerdings ungeeignet. Einerseits aufgrund der Rauchbel\u00e4stigung f\u00fcr die Nachbarn. Andererseits sehen Vermieter Holzkohlegrills wegen der <strong>Brandgefahr <\/strong>ungern.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Schneller, sauber und unkompliziert \u2013 Grillen mit dem Gasgrill<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Die gro\u00dfen Vorteile vom <strong>Gasgrill <\/strong>liegen auf der Hand. Im Gegensatz zum Holzkohlegrill entf\u00e4llt das Durchgl\u00fchen der Grillkohle. Gleichzeitig f\u00e4llt keine Asche an und die Rauchentwicklung ist niedriger. Nachteil: Der Gasgrill ist oft unhandlich und sperrig, was die Einsatzm\u00f6glichkeiten einschr\u00e4nkt.<\/p>\n<p>Zudem gelten auch hier besondere Anforderungen an die Sicherheit, da mit <strong>offener Flamme und Brennbarem<\/strong> hantiert wird. F\u00fcr den Balkon ist der Gasgrill daher nur bedingt zu empfehlen, eignet sich aber hervorragend f\u00fcr das schnelle und unkomplizierte Grillvergn\u00fcgen im Garten.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Der Elektrogrill \u2013 Grillen auf Balkonien<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Bleibt als Alternative noch der <strong>Elektrogrill.<\/strong> Dessen Vorteile sind offensichtlich: keine st\u00f6rende Rauchentwicklung, einfach in der Handhabung und keine offene Flamme.
