Schlie\u00dflich waren der Winter und der Verzicht auf Gebratenes lang genug. Wer hat aber eigentlich behauptet, das <strong>Grillen nur im Sommer<\/strong> m\u00f6glich ist.<\/p>\n<p>Klar \u2013 Grillen im Winter ist nichts f\u00fcr Frostbeulen oder Sonnenanbeter, hat aber ebenfalls seinen Reiz. Warum? Ganz einfach \u2013 <strong>Grillen im Winter<\/strong> ist schon an sich etwas Besonderes. Und hat das Potenzial zum echten Freizeitspa\u00df. Einzige Bedingung: Kreativit\u00e4t und der Mut, auch neue Ideen auszuprobieren.<\/p>\n<h2>Grillen im eigenen Iglu \u2013 das Winter-Event f\u00fcr die ganze Familie<\/h2>\n<p>Grillen bei <strong>Minusgraden<\/strong> und im <strong>Schnee<\/strong> ist an sich schon ein kleines Highlight. Der Erlebnisfaktor l\u00e4sst sich aber noch weiter steigern. Dadurch, dass man gro\u00dfe und kleine G\u00e4ste einfach in die Vorbereitungen einbindet. Wie? Indem man sich Ideen im hohen Norden abguckt.<\/p>\n<p>Schlie\u00dflich eignet sich Schnee hervorragend f\u00fcr den Bau eines Iglus, in dem das fertige <strong>Grillgut <\/strong>serviert wird. Und dessen Bau sorgt nicht nur f\u00fcr einen echten Spa\u00dffaktor, sondern auch f\u00fcr mehr Appetit. Gleichzeitig erf\u00fcllt das <strong>Iglu noch einen anderen Zweck<\/strong> \u2013 es sch\u00fctzt vor Wind und Wetter.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Einzig die <strong>Temperatur<\/strong> sollte man im Auge behalten. Decken und hei\u00dfe Getr\u00e4nke w\u00e4rmen von innen, das n\u00f6tige Licht spenden zwei oder drei Sturmlaternen. Und sollte die K\u00e4lte doch langsam durch die M\u00fctze und Jacke kriechen \u2013 kein Problem.<\/p>\n<p>Abhilfe schafft ein Schwedenfeuer oder die Feuerschale vorm Iglu. Welcher Grill-Fan immer noch nicht zufrieden ist, kann gern schwerere Gesch\u00fctze auffahren \u2013 mit einem waschechten <strong>Lagerfeuer<\/strong>.
