Bei uns wird der Grillrost garantiert nicht kalt. Der Herbst bietet perfekte Zutaten f\u00fcr eine BBQ- oder Grillparty. Eine Zutat hast Du dieses Jahr vielleicht schon auf dem Teller gesehen \u2013 die Rede ist vom K\u00fcrbis. Im Herbst hat das Gem\u00fcse bekanntlich Hochkonjunktur. Das Flank Steak ist in Deutschland eine eher unbekannte Gr\u00f6\u00dfe. Der Grund: Flank Steaks werden hierzulande h\u00e4ufig zu Hackfleisch verarbeitet.<\/p>\n<h2><b>K\u00fcrbis \u2013 in Scheiben oder als Hummus<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>K\u00fcrbis ist in erster Linie ein Gem\u00fcse f\u00fcr Suppen. Wer unseren Blog aufmerksam liest, wird sicher erkannt haben, dass man mit K\u00fcrbis noch viel mehr anstellen kann. Besonders Hokkaido \u2013 der mit Schale verzehrt werden darf \u2013 l\u00e4sst sich hervorragend in Scheiben auf den Grill legen. Hummus, eine Spezialit\u00e4t aus:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Kichererbsen<\/li>\n<li>Knoblauch<\/li>\n<li>Oliven\u00f6l und<\/li>\n<li>Gew\u00fcrzen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>profitiert aber genauso vom Geschmack des Herbstgem\u00fcses. Der Vorteile: Aus beiden Varianten lassen sich ausgezeichnete Grillgerichte auf den Teller zaubern.<\/p>\n<h3><b>Und wo kommt das Flank Steak her<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Noch keine Ahnung, was das Flank Steak so besonders macht? Geschnitten wird das Fleisch aus dem Bauchlappen beim Rind. In kleine Tranchen geschnitten kann es mit dem Hummus vom K\u00fcrbis zwischen Burger Buns serviert werden.
