Auch diese Grill-Ger\u00e4te (auf\u00b4s Bild klicken):<\/p>\n<p><!--wpads#content--><!--wpads#content1--><!--wpads#content2--><\/p>\n<p>Zun\u00e4chst waschen Sie die Ente gr\u00fcndlich, tupfen sie trocken und entfernen das \u00fcbersch\u00fcssige Fett aus dem Bauchraum. Danach stechen Sie die Haut rundherum ein, so kann das Fett besser ablaufen. W\u00fcrzen Sie das Fleisch von innen und au\u00dfen mit Pfeffer und Salz. Waschen Sie die \u00c4pfel, sch\u00e4len Sie sie und schneiden sie in kleine St\u00fccke, die Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln schneiden Sie in d\u00fcnne Scheiben. Vermengen Sie nun \u00c4pfel und Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln und f\u00fcllen beides in die Ente. Die \u00d6ffnung stecken Sie mit Zahnstochern wieder zu und bereiten eine Marinade aus Orangensaft, Sojasauce, Honig und Sherry. Schmecken Sie sie nach Belieben mit etwas Cayennepfeffer ab und streichen die Ente rundherum damit ein.
