Was soll das denn sein? Gut, Tuna ist nat\u00fcrlich Thunfisch, aber Tataki? Wenn Euch dabei ein Fragezeichen im Gesicht steht, bringen Wir Licht ins Dunkle. Tataki ist nichts anderes, als marinierter Fisch. Dieser wird scharf angebraten, sodass er von innen noch roh ist. Wenn der Fisch fertig ist, wird er kalt auf einem Salatbett serviert. Um das Rezept so richtig aufzupeppen, arbeiten Wir hier zus\u00e4tzlich mit Chili Sauce und saftigen Fr\u00fcchten. Das Ergebnis: Ein unfassbar leckeres Fischgericht, dass jedem Grillfan begeistern wird. Einen wichtigen Hinweis haben Wir noch, bevor Ihr loslegen k\u00f6nnt: Achtet beim Fisch unbedingt auf gute Qualit\u00e4t.
