Geschichte der Joppie Sauce<\/h2>\n

Die Geschichte der holl\u00e4ndischen Sauce ist noch recht jung. Erfunden wurde die Sauce im Jahr 2002 in Annie\u2019s Snack Bar im niederl\u00e4ndischen Glanerbrug bei Enschede.
\nDer Name der Sauce stammt vom Namen der Entwicklerin namens Jeanine, welche den Spitznamen \u201eJoppie\u201c trug. In Deutschland ist die Sauce leider noch relativ unbekannt. Lediglich in K\u00f6ln und Aachen trifft man etwas h\u00e4ufiger auf die so leckere Joppiesaus.<\/p>\n

Wie die Patatje Joppie f\u00fcr die Niederlande typisch sind, geh\u00f6ren auch sie zum Pflichtprogramm bei einem Besuch des Landes. Da nicht jeder die Zeit hat f\u00fcr eine Sauce nach Holland zu fahren, haben wir ein Rezept entwickelt, sodass Ihr die Sauce ganz entspannt zuhause nachmachen k\u00f6nnt.<\/p>\n
