Die Kombination aus H\u00e4hnchenfilet und Ziegenfrischk\u00e4se schreit quasi nach dem Grill. Durch den Ziegenfrischk\u00e4se wird das Filet sch\u00f6n erfrischend und wird zu einem perfekten Gericht im Sommer. Sollte jemand keinen Ziegenk\u00e4se m\u00f6gen, kann dieser auch einfach durch normalen Frischk\u00e4se ausgetauscht werden.
