Nach den letzten Impressionen und Eindr\u00fccken unseres Fisch-, Wald &amp; Wild- bzw. Smoker-Grillseminars haben wir Oliver wieder bei uns begr\u00fc\u00dfen d\u00fcrfen. Diesmal stand sein Besuch ganz im Zeichen eines Grillklassikers &#8211; bigBBQ war bei einem unserer Steak-Seminar zu Gast.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Und war beeindruckt von unseren Grillspezialit\u00e4ten. Neben Nacken, Teres Major und Roastbeef stand unter anderem T-Bone-Steak (nat\u00fcrlich dry aged) auf der Speisekarte. Es ging also querbeet durch die \u201eSteakk\u00fcche\u201c. Kulinarisch haben wir Oliver Gawryluk und die anderen G\u00e4ste unseres Seminars aber eher ungew\u00f6hnlich begr\u00fc\u00dft &#8211; mit einem Flammkuchen.<\/p>\n<h3>Steak, Steak, Steak &#8211; und nochmals Steak<\/h3>\n<p>Wer Oliver und seinen Blog bigBBQ.de kennt, wei\u00df nat\u00fcrlich, dass es nicht einfach nur ums Zuschauen geht, wenn Oliver Gawryluk ein Grillseminar besucht. Neben dem flei\u00dfigen Zupacken und Vorbereiten hat Oliver wieder diverse Schnappsch\u00fcsse eingefangen &#8211; und die Stimmung w\u00e4hrend des Seminars super getroffen.<\/p>\n<p>Was uns nat\u00fcrlich besonders freut, ist die Tatsache, dass Oliver nicht nur die fertigen Grillergebnisse und deren Verzehr im Bild festh\u00e4lt &#8211; sondern auch die Vorbereitungen und den Grillprozess dokumentiert. Selbst wir finden es beim Anblick der vielen Bilder fast schon schade, dass sich die Eindr\u00fccke rein auf die Optik beschr\u00e4nken m\u00fcssen.
