Eigentlich ist das nahende Jahresende der beste Moment, um einen kurzen Blick zur\u00fcck zu wagen – und die letzten Monate Revue passieren zu lassen. Die German Barbecue Association geht einen anderen Weg, und wagt eher einen Blick nach vorn. Denn ein Termin f\u00fcr das kommende Grill-Jahr 2014 kann sich jeder eingefleischte Grill-Fan schon jetzt merken. Am 2. und 3. August wird der neue deutsche Herrscher im Grillolymp gek\u00fcrt. Waren dieses Jahr die Grill-Teams samt Tross im baden-w\u00fcrttembergischen G\u00f6ppingen geht es im kommenden Jahr nach Franken – genauer gesagt nach Schweinfurt.<\/p>\n
Die alte Reichsstadt wird am ersten Augustwochenende zum Mekka f\u00fcr alle Grill- und BBQ-Fans oder solche, die es werden wollen. Ein Highlight der Grill- und BBQ Meisterschaft 2014 steht \u00fcbrigens schon jetzt fest – der Veranstaltungsort.<\/p>\n
Denn gegrillt wird in Schweinfurt nicht irgendwo – der Wettkampf bekommt mit dem Willy-Sachs-Stadion einen ganz besonderen Rahmen. In der Arena treten auch im kommenden Jahr wieder Profis und Amateure gegeneinander an, um ihren Champion zu bestimmen. Wer sich letzten Endes gegen die Konkurrenz durchsetzen und mit f\u00fcnf G\u00e4ngen in den Augen der Jury brillieren wird, steht noch in den Sternen.<\/p>\n
Die Nr. 1 sein – der Traum vieler Grill-Fans<\/h3>\n
Eines steht allerdings fest: Wer leidenschaftlich gern grillt, w\u00e4re sicher gern deutscher K\u00f6nig am Grillrost. Und vielleicht gelingt dem amtierenden\u00a0Herrscher im Grillolymp ja der Hattrick. Denn Michael Hoffmann hat sich nicht nur dieses Jahr in G\u00f6ppingen gegen die Konkurrenten durchsetzen k\u00f6nnen. Ihm wurde die Krone 2012 in Schw\u00e4bisch Hall zum ersten Mal aufgesetzt.
