Das Smoken ist unser bestes Beispiel f\u00fcr die Devise \u201elow &amp; slow\u201c. Und es gibt noch ganz andere Zubereitungsvarianten<!--more-->, die auf \u00e4hnliche Grundlagen setzen &#8211; wie der Kamado-Grill.<\/p>\n<p>Durch die Verwendung keramischer Werkstoffe, die eine besondere Hitzespeicherkapazit\u00e4t mitbringen, lassen sich mit einem Kamado Fleisch, Fisch und Gem\u00fcse auf einzigartige Weise zubereiten. Und bisher ist das Kamado-Grillen eine echte Nische.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr uns und unsere Santos Grillschule ein Grund mehr, diesem Thema ein Grillseminar zu widmen. Am 31. Oktober bieten wir interessierten Grill-Fans zusammen mit Monolith die M\u00f6glichkeit, diese Spielart des Outdoor-Cooking in einem gepflegten und heiteren Ambiente zu erleben. Was das Kamado-Seminar au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlich macht, ist die Teilnahme von Robert &#8222;Rob&#8220; Reinkemeyer.<\/p>\n<h3>Monolith und Robert &#8222;Rob&#8220; Reinkemeyer<\/h3>\n<p>Der Grill- und BBQ-Experte wird ab 17 Uhr den Teilnehmern unseres Grillseminars zeigen, warum ein Kamado-Grill so besondere Eigenschaften in die Waagschale werfen kann, wie sich der Grill nutzen und dessen M\u00f6glichkeiten ausreizen l\u00e4sst.
